I agree with Diego Chick, hks is a creepy guy, I can't stand ans but I think he's a real problem and he is definately trying to control her and I also believe he is responsible for Daniels death becouse Daniel stood up to him, but ans is to dumb to see it. He's just waiting for the moment she inherits that money from old man Marshalls estate, maybe {i'm hoping she won't of course.} But if she does he's going to probably have power of attourney over it and he may very well do her in. Also when the paternity results come back showing LB as the daddy ,she will probably dump hks and he's going to be real difficult to get rid of.
Either way she has gotten herself into a buttload of trouble.

Reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith buried her son Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006, in a ceremony punctuated by screams and cries, nearly six weeks after he mysteriously died while visiting her in the hospital where she had given birth to a daughter.A gold-colored hearse brought Daniel Smith’s body to the cemetery, followed by three white limousines. The mahogany casket was whisked inside a large green tent for the service attended by about 20 people. Wailing and screaming was heard from inside the tent.

“My dearest son Daniel, you were my rock, you were the only one who could keep me solid,” read a program from the service. “Why God took you away from me now I do not understand.”

The 38-year-old former Playboy playmate, who gave birth to a daughter three days before her son died Sept. 10 at her hospital bedside, attended the service, said Loretta Butler-Turner, director of the funeral home hired by the family. Baptist Bishop Neil Ellis conducted the service, Butler-Turner said.

At least six police officers guarded the main entrance to the cemetery, barring everyone except for invited guests. Other officers in uniform and plain clothes stood outside the tent. A small crowd of onlookers gathered just outside the cemetery.

The casket left the funeral home in a van but was transferred en route to the hearse “to honor the wishes for privacy of the family,” Butler-Turner said.

Howard K. Stern, a longtime attorney for Smith who says he fathered the baby girl, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, was to deliver a tribute to Daniel at the service, according to the program.

Meanwhile, a lawyer for Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of Smith who claims he is the girl’s father, said she was traveling to Nassau to depose Smith and Stern on Monday. The attorney, Debra Opri, has filed a lawsuit on Birkhead’s behalf demanding that mother and daughter return to California for DNA paternity testing.

An attorney for Smith could not immediately be reached for comment.

Daniel Smith died after spending the night at the hospital with his mother and newborn half-sister. An American pathologist hired by Anna Nicole Smith has said he died from a lethal combination of methadone and two antidepressants.

Bahamas Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez said Thursday that police had not yet submitted a report on their investigation. Authorities will evaluate that report and the Bahamian pathologist’s conclusions to determine whether a jury inquest is necessary. Official toxicology results have not been publicly released.

Daniel Smith appeared several times on the E! reality series “The Anna Nicole Show.” He was the son of Anna Nicole and Bill Smith, who married in 1985 and divorced two years later.

Earlier this month, about 50 family and friends, including Bill Smith, gathered at a church in Mexia, Texas, to mourn Daniel’s death.

Anna Nicole married Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II in 1994, when she was 26 and he was 89. He died the following year and she has since been involved in legal disputes over the estate.

Also, I did read an article where it said (about ANS funeral clothes) that she was wearing "put designer's name here cause I don't care" outfit, that was ESPECIALLY made for the funeral. As her dress was ESPECIALLY made for a fake wedding. Imagine letting your kid sit in the frig in the morgue while you wait for something "appropriate" and "especially made" to wear.........what scumbags.

215. Before I leave my C & P post that I left on the other ANS boards, Sleuth, WTF are you talking about? Was I not clear? Did I type in code or something? On one post you are bashing Anna, and on another (in response to mine) you seem to be pissed that I am disgusted with ANS. My POINT is that ANS is a self-absorbed, manipulative, drug addled woman who stole a home, stole a baby (in part), and quite possibly, could have stolen a life as well - along with her sidekick midget/leech HKS. She needs serious psychological help, rehab, and a parenting class. I really think I was clear, but I wrote it again in other words so you aren't confused.

Does everyone THINK we can possibly get back to the subject at hand? There is a dead child, a baby being raised by a narcissistic, emotionally crippled mother, and a father who just wants to do the right thing (Larry is who I'm talking about by the way). It's obviously clear that ANS and HKS are liars, but the sad thing is, they might just get away with this. For alot of us who have been trying to "do the right thing" and actually get involved (instead of the "I should have done" people), these Anna blogs have taken on the very thing we've been fighting against. Lying, scamming, paranoia, manipulation - all full blown traits of ANS/HKS.

WILL ALL THE KIDS PLEASE GET BACK ON THE BUS and leave the blogs to the rest of us who truly care what the outcome of this situation is! God, seriously.

Go for it Tru, TJ, Jwls - slam me for being "a Queen Bee", or part of a "Lynch Mob", or "someone who thinks I'm better than everyone else", or that "I have an opinion about everything" (DUH...blog board = opinion board), or that "I always have to be right." Fact is, I truly care about Daniel, as do many others - which is how the whole "MOB" thing came about. And (Tru & friends pay attention) how can ANYONE at this point defend ANS or HKS? I WILL speak for the MOB, I AM proud of what we've done and what is helping to keep this whole thing from being brushed under the rug. Yep, Jwls or TJ (I'm losing track of who bashes me so bear with me), I really and TRULY (no pun intended) believe the Mobstahs have accomplished something and ARE making somewhat of a difference is this case. And I'm proud. There I said it. Went out on a limb and spoke for the MOB. Bring on the bashers.

We may not get the inquest we've all been waiting for, or the drug test to get that baby in a safer place, or even the DNA test done - the world isn't always fair and what is logic and/or sane to some obviously doesn't apply to everyone. Sometimes the underdogs just don't win. But I think we are giving it a hell of a shot. So no, I'm not the LEADER of anything, but I think our "group" (oops, said the G word) is pretty amazing for being strangers who've worked together to try to right a wrong. And in that process, SHOCK (Tru....please pay attention), some of us have become friends. So yes, we WILL defend each other. Isn't that what friends do? And we are all working for the same thing - so wouldn't it make sense that we come to the defense of people who agree with us? Whether they are in the "Mob" (uh oh...now the "M" word) or anyone else, if we agree, it's going to be said. Good for US.

218. In the poll above it says just over 50, 000 votes which means some 42,500 or so people voted against HKS being the dad and some 7,500 votes for HKS being the dad.

Now who in their right min would vote for HKS anyway everyone knows that Larry Birkhead is the real dad.

Obviously some kiss asses are sitting at their computers clicking backwards and forwards day and night just to keep up, on his orders.

219. Gang, This is the most important week in ANS life because she's got to find a reason not to get this DNA test. We all know that she can fake an injury or an illness at the drop of a hat. So what will she do or what can she do. Liar is a word that will follow her if the test proves that LB is the father. And people like yourselves will start call for an allout investigation in to the death of son. I believe this is one of the reasons she is being so stubborn.

220. Lenn, people like "ourselves"? WTF does that mean? People who appreciate a man who steps up to the plate and accepts his paternal responsibility? Or people who think that a young man who's so excited to meet his new little sister and flies across the country to see her, then dies in his mother's room with only her and her pretend husband/attorney/leech present, with EIGHT TIMES the lethal amount of SEVERAL drugs in his system, is someone who deserves compassion and justice?

I really can't tell from your post where you stand, it almost seems like you think "people like us" are what is making ANS who she is. If I am wrong I apologize, if I am right...please do some research and you will find several drug rehabilitation stints, numerous litigations meant for her to profit from someone else's loss, a judge who has gone on the record calling her "illiterate", another judge who's admonished her PH/A/L Howie for unethical practicing IN the courtroom WHILE in front of the judge, and not just once, but 2-3 times. Is it just me, or does it surprise anyone else when an attorney who CLEARLY knows the rules and ethics of the legal system is reprimanded in that same system?

Lenn, one, we did not just "start" this, it's been a worthwhile cause for months, and two, ANS is nothing but a manipulative, gold-digging, greed mongering publicity whore. She's treated her son's death with shame, any mother who's got an ounce of maternal instinct is appalled at her behavior. Her son was repeatedly embarrassed by her behavior. ANS created ANS. She didn't need any help. Oh....except a greedy little scumbag, a lot of drugs, and a plan to manipulate others for their gain because they can't exist in a normal way, like normal people. ANS and HKS are clearly mentally unbalanced on a multitude of levels.

221. Oh, something else I wanted to comment on Lenn....

This is the most important week of ANS life? Because she might be caught in a huge lie that's hurt many? I would think the "most important" times of her life (well, in a sane woman's life anyway) would be the day she married her husband (unless you plan to spend less then 30 days with him and are just waiting for him to kick the 'ol bucket), the births of her children (unless you take one away from a family that absolutely loves him and refuse to let him say he loves anyone but you and make him witness things other women get their children taken from them for and plan to lie about the other one's paternity). Or how about other important events? Watching your parents celebrate anniversarys? Your nieces and nephews birthdays? Spending Christmas with people you love?

I guess I never tried to lie about the paternity of my child or had the misfortune of a son dying in my room and not paying his pathologist or funeral bills, or stealing a home from a man who was trying to help me out. I guess ANS and I have different priorities. (Thank you God)

Also Patty, I for one have join the group of people who also want ANS and that shitstain HKS to explain who's responsible for the death of Daniel and who's the baby's daddy. We all know that there is a huge injustice going on and I for one just want the truth. You know that I'm the only one who's thinking there might be a possibility that Daniel took his own life. But I always listen to others opinions to throw against the wall.
