Anna Nicole Paternity Test -- Deadline Set

Anna Nicole SmithThe judge in the Anna Nicole Smith baby dispute has ordered Smith to complete all DNA testing no later than Jan. 23.

Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-boyfriend who claims to be Dannielynn's father, went to court last fall to ask a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to order both Smith and her baby to undergo DNA testing.

Today Judge Robert Schnider set the Jan. 23 deadline. Under the terms of the order, Smith and Birkhead can each choose the lab of their choice. We're told Birkhead's lawyer, Debra Opri informed the judge that her lab -- based in the U.S. -- would send reps down to the Bahamas directly to Smith's front door. Opri tells TMZ "all she has to do is get out of bed, put on a Anna Nicole gallery: Click to launch photosrobe and answer the front door."

Smith maintains her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is the father.

93. My bet is on Anna and Howard working feverishly right now on scripting and rehearsing their next MONEY MAKING ET interview. They NEED MONEY!

Anna will be non stop crying and saying how they "thought" Howard was the baby's daddy, by "their calculations of her due date" ..... and it's so terrible that "someone" is doing this to her while she is grieving for Daniel (his birthday on Jan. 22nd), and she can't live without her baby girl (who cares what the baby needs).

There will plenty of video and still shots of Anna and baby having the DNA swab done in her "new" Bahamian home, and a tour of the home.

They will be sweating their asses off to do DAMAGE CONTROL to try to lessen the severity of the consequences to both of them in the birth cert FRAUD lawsuit in the Bahamas, which is still active.

They will diminish the FACT that Anna NEVER OWNED the Horizons home, after Ben is declared to be the rightful owner (hopefully on Jan. 19th), and that her fraudulent permenant residency permit was granted on the FALSE statement that she OWNED the Horizons home, and should be REVOKED immediately.

They will completely avoid the need for an INQUEST into Daniel's death, because they know that one or both of them was implicated in some way.

The intelligent public will not be taken in by yet another Anna/Howard SCAM, with ET giving them the stage for the performances of their lives.

Keep writing to the Bahamian District Attorney for an INQUEST, and to the Prime Minister to REVOKE her permanent residency status.

94. The father of ANS's baby is not what concerns me, it's the emotion I am reading from the rest of you. To see the amount of hatred in your e-mails against ANS only confirms to me that our society is morally bankrupt. Who ANS has sex with has no bearing on the price of rice in China. Let ANS and her (boyfriend and lawyer) settle this in court and not in the media. Whatever the outcome will be will have no bearing what so ever on our day to day life with our family. People, give it a rest and focus on your own life, not someone esle's.

100. Hi, Mobstars! Just wanted to say I'm still here, just unable to write as much lately. To the newbies on the board: We've been involved in this story for a while now. Yes, we do "know" people, o.k.? And we're bringing the right attention to the issues: paternity, custody, inquest into (likely) homicide, etc. Just wanted to clear that up.

I have a sneaking feeling that the test will not be completed by 1/23. I think ANS will abscond with the baby. Without the DNA test, Larry will not be able to get temporary custody awarded to himself or get an order declaring her "abducted." I think LB is stuck until he gets the Bahamas to order a paternity test. Debra Opri doesn't have the authority to bring ANS out of her (stolen) Bahamas home. She could be charged with trespassing if she doesn't leave when asked. The U.S. order has no power over there - to my knowledge. I hope I'm surprised.

The good thing is that ANS can only delay the test; she can't prevent it. And every delay she forces will go against her in the custody battle.

Sounds like we're going to go another round of letter-writing - this time to the court that's hearing the fraud matter in the Bahamas.

I had NO idea what "toe jam" was..... Investigating the phrase, for those like me, that are don't know, let me explain what I have learned.....

It's that "stuff" the somehow collects between the toes........ it can even be "fungus" that somehow grows there.....

I follow you and the Mobsta's conversations, but, I get confused where to keep watching for your posts.... in order to cut dowm my time of looking and watching, when TMZ posts another topic, does the communication start there or shall I keep looking into the old topics to keep up?

It would be good to do some letter writing to the Prime Minister!

ANS will be held in CONTEMPT OF COURT if she does not get the DNA testing done by Jan. 23rd. But that is a California court, as you point out. Could the California judge issue an ORDER stating that Opri's lab reps have court ordered permission to go to the Bahamas and get the saliva swabs taken?

Maybe the Bahamian attorney(s) for Larry Birkhead will file some kind of motion in the birth cert FRAUD lawsuit in the Bahamas, that will force ANS to have the DNA saliva swabs taken?
