Cameras caught Britney Spears ringing in the New Year with friends at PURE in Las Vegas where she reportedly passed out -- less than an hour into it!
In the video, fireworks can be seen going off in the background as Britney hugged friends, and onlookers shouted "Happy New Year!" As you've already read, Britney's night would only go downhill from there.
