Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden got pretty hot and heavy this weekend at The Palms' Ghost Bar in Las Vegas. The couple partied it up on New Year's Eve and didn't hide their newly-found affection for each other. 
Thankfully, the pair was in a city where a car isn't essential for getting from place to place. Richie was arrested last month for DUI after driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway.

Joel is just using Nicole as a replacement since Hilary dumped him. Hilary Duff was a cute girl until she got with Joel and started losing tons of weight. So now Hilary is ugly ! Joel must love 'sticks' cause he is with the stick of all sticks!! Nicole Ritchie.. (the girl you can look at and can tell has an eating disorder) she should be locked up somewhere where she is forced to eat and not allowed to drive.. last thing we need is her going out here killing someone with her drunkin pathetic self.
