According to Cindy Adams, Britney's upcoming CD sucks. The gossipista claims the five songs Britney delivered are so bad that Brit's label, Jive Records, is kicking around the idea of kicking Spears to the curb. And Britney's recent late-night antics aren't helping her downward spiral. Adams reports that Spears' "drinking, bingeing, partying, whatevering, photos with no panties for a mother of two infants - is hitting sour notes" with Jive bigwigs.

Meanwhile, Life & Style Weekly claims that Brit's family wants her to get professional help -- stat. But so far, Spears has limited her therapy to the hedonistic kind -- she checked into a day spa in Arizona, according to MSNBC, the day after she reportedly passed out drunk at Caesars Palace after the clock struck 12.

The Washington Post reports that Yohane Banda has been trying to get in touch with Madge to check up on the tyke. "All I want is to find out how my son is but I don't know how I can do it. I don't have her phone and mailing addresses," Banda says. Madonna can rest easy, though, because Banda has no interest in taking the boy back.

Details of the settlement and who got custody of their two kids were not disclosed. Stewart, who filed for divorce in 2005, is engaged to model Penny Lancaster, and they have a 1-year-old son ... Will Ferrell and his wife had a baby boy, Mattias, on Dec. 30. The couple also has a 2-year-old son, Magnus.

31. I know Brittney has millions of dollars but after reading this, as well has several others about her, I started to worry about her children's future. Hopefully she was smart enough and has her money invested and put moeny away for her children, she is wasting away to nothing and before long that money will be gone. Those poor kids. I was one that defended Britney and her "freedom" but she has taken it way to far. I don't care that she has the best nannies and goes out when the kids are asleep, at least that's what we assume but enough already. She is neglecting her children what a low life.

33. Knowing the record companies are in the business for a profit I hope they "retire" Britney. She has lost her niche in the music business because of her age, appearance and insanity. Let her go so she can clean up her act , bond with her kids, and possibly develop into a worthwhile adult. The girl has serious mental problems like the rest of the trashy trinity that refuse to grow up.

When a person has no real talent they can be a celebrity for a while but never a real Star. I agree with the person who likened her to Whitney. At least Whitney had real talent that she destroyed.

Britney most likely end up like her "hero" Marilyn-- dead by 35. To the Spears Family---------Stop worrying about a paycheck and stage an intervention to try and save Britney.

42. off the topic a bit but as a stylist I'm curious, Brit made such a huge point of getting a new "more sophisticated" haircut, saying how wonderful the short cut was and how she wished she would've done it sooner..... and then turns right around and puts in extensions.
whats the point of cutting it off if youre just gonna glue it right back on?
