Lets Get This Party Started
Britney's Tailspin

Britney Vegas gallery: Click to launchBritney's fall at Pure nightclub in Vegas on New Year's Eve may have been the first of many in 2007.

According to Cindy Adams, Britney's upcoming CD sucks. The gossipista claims the five songs Britney delivered are so bad that Brit's label, Jive Records, is kicking around the idea of kicking Spears to the curb. And Britney's recent late-night antics aren't helping her downward spiral. Adams reports that Spears' "drinking, bingeing, partying, whatevering, photos with no panties for a mother of two infants - is hitting sour notes" with Jive bigwigs.

Meanwhile, Life & Style Weekly claims that Brit's family wants her to get professional help -- stat. But so far, Spears has limited her therapy to the hedonistic kind -- she checked into a day spa in Arizona, according to MSNBC, the day after she reportedly passed out drunk at Caesars Palace after the clock struck 12.

Lohan Tats Her Tush

Wanna get into Lindsay Lohan's pants? Just ask!

The illustrated and reformed party girl was more than willing to pull down her leggings and give a curious fan a peek at her tattoo (and her thong) during a conversation outside of the Delano Hotel in Miami.

Whitney Goes Panty-Free -- for a Fee

Whitney HoustonWhitney Houston is following the latest Hollywood trend: toss your hubby, then your panties. Seems like Whit really needs some quick cash to get back on her feet since filing for divorce from Bobby Brown, and so she'll be auctioning off her bras and underwear. Page 6 reports that items on the block include 13 Dolce & Gabbana bustiers, four monogrammed velvet bodysuits, a leather whip and a chair described as "Whitney's throne." She's also tossing out a few of Bobby's things, including 16 "assorted" music awards.

Madonna Dodges David's Daddy

MadonnaIt seems Madonna has already forgotten her new son's Malawian roots. After claiming little David as her own, the Material Girl quickly turned her back on his biological father. The Washington Post reports that Yohane Banda has been trying to get in touch with Madge to check up on the tyke. "All I want is to find out how my son is but I don't know how I can do it. I don't have her phone and mailing addresses," Banda says. Madonna can rest easy, though, because Banda has no interest in taking the boy back.

Party Favors: Green Light for "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" TV Show ... Rod Stewart and Rachel Hunter's Divorce Finalized ... Will Ferrell Welcomes Second Son

ABC is banking on a big hit next season with a TV show based on the movie "Mr. & Mrs. Smith." The film's writer penned the pilot, and the film's director will shoot it. The series is described as "'Married...With Children' with guns" ... Rod Stewart and Rachel Hunter's divorce has been finalized. Details of the settlement and who got custody of their two kids were not disclosed. Stewart, who filed for divorce in 2005, is engaged to model Penny Lancaster, and they have a 1-year-old son ... Will Ferrell and his wife had a baby boy, Mattias, on Dec. 30. The couple also has a 2-year-old son, Magnus.

46. Sad thing about Brit is her kids are the ones that are going to be damaged for her bad behavior. Maybe K-Fed would be the better parent. He seems to lay low and out of the limelight.

47. Why are they making another big deal about Britney being drunk on New Year's Eve? Who here, reading these articles, didn't have something to drink, was alittle tipsy, drunk or even just plain ole smashed? It was New Year's Eve for God's sake!! Stop making a big fuss over nothing.

48. COMMON_SENSE: You have serious issues. Not once did I act like a hypocrite, I think you need to look that word up. It was a true fact - there are thousands of homeless children here and they shouldn't be overlooked. I would not give money to a thrid world country when we have homeless here in America, which I do make contributions to. I stand by what I said make America better so no, I'm not a hypocrite you just have problems starting with Damning children, what type of a person would say Damn children? Please don't ever have or adopt kids.

49. It is funny how this the first time I read these comments and the people putting their comments are not any better than Brittney because you all are acting like her. Fighting with people you don't even know. GROW UP

50. blah blah blah. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Britney has issues. But seriously, why the hell is there a poll asking people to judge whether or not she was smashed New Years Eve? Seriously. First off, who gives a rat's a**?! It was New Years. Secondly, how can you tell from those pictures what she is? To me, she just looks like a happy girl having a good time in a dress that is, to my eyes, a little short, but okay, I'm an overweight mom of a two year old and if I could wear that, you bet your behind I would. And third (and finally): though it's sad that she doesn't seem to be taking the high road and staying home with her children, I am absolutely certain that they're receiving the best care from the nanny. It's not like celebrities have cornered the market on paying other people to raise their kids. It's not like her boys were strapped into their car seats in the parking lot while she was partying, or sitting in their strollers outside on the sidewalk. Give me a break.

55. Why do people care so much about Britney Spears "fainting" on New years? Let the woman have fun! Its New Years for crying out loud. And that guy who was refered to as the "k-fed" look a like is Brian Freidman, a choreographer. Geez. . .

56. Poor Britney - she grew up in the limelight, it took her childhood to get where she is now financially stable. Looks to me she is doing the things she never go to experience. This will probably backfire for her.

57. Britney's life is none of my business. These people go and take pictures and pry into the personal lives of celebs and put it all out for others to see all for the dollar bills. that in itself is disgusting and very sick. not much difference between them and peeping toms. What the hay?

58. regarding international adoption: I agree that kids in the United States should get top billing. I think it's sad that these celebrities have taken on the cause of underdeveloping countries. That is not to say that those children don't deserve the love and support of a family, but let's be honest: not many people, celebrity or otherwise, are willing to take on the challenge of adopting a child from the USA. It takes forever, and most of the babies up for adoption are developmentally disabled or come from "questionable" backgrounds (in the eyes of most potential parents, anyway), and though I don't know the exact statistics I do know that there is a preponderance of children who are NOT babies (i.e. under a year old). Most people want to adopt a child that they feel confident they can imprint with a new life, not some five year old who has been put through the foster care system or lived in abusive situations. I will say, though, that someone like Madonna, with her wealth and resources, would be more than equipped to take on that responsibility, but why would she when it's so popular to adopt sweet little black babies from other countries?

Oh yeah, and I forgot to say that I am even more sick of hearing about Lindsay Lohan than I am Brit Spears. My daughter and nephew just watched The Parent Trap (the remake, with Lohan) and I just have to wonder: what the hell went wrong?!?!

59. So what if Britney wants to go out and party for New Year's, it's only once a year that you can celebrate the New Year and I wander how many of the people who wrote comments in here partied as well and got drunk as ever and have children at home as well, the only difference between you people and her is that she is famous so her life is broadcasted to the entire world. I never comment on the Stars, but this time I couldn't help but to defend her. She is a good mother, she loves her children and for her to have to juggle the career that she has, along with the parties she attends, which is a part of the Star life plus juggle being a single mother she is a very strong person and she does her best. All parents do and I just wish the public could leave her alone.

60. On Brittney: Females take note: When you hit 23 - 25, the music industry will throw you away. Isn't that sad. Granted, when you're a tween fresh faced and perky bod, they love ya! Give you all sorts of things to keep you fresh faced and looking just a tad above the legal limit for old men to google and young girls to ruin their digestive systems over. Drop a kid or two, you'll fade away into the distance. Then you start acting that way with all the money they gave you and poof..they take it all away. Look for the next little Disney tween to manipulate. Cycle starts again. Was it worth it?
