this is ridiculous because the reason people get parking tickets is because they are too far from their cars when the time runs out, not because they are unaware of the time running out. if a person needs to restock the machine at 2 p.m. and he is an attorney in the middle of court at 2 and it runs later he/she will probably get a parking tickets. this is just a simple minded way of keeping track of time which i am almost positive people will either lose shortly, or just lose interest in.
