47. It just goes to show that no matter the fortune and fame; all couples have problems and that their is a lil bit of beast in us all. I personaly feel that he should have a ear chomping but on his testacles by none other than iron mike! After all he was the first one to throw mike to the lions----screaming this man has issues and is a tyrannt in society!

48. The media should not be so quick to jump to conclusions when it comes to celebrity behavior. Before celebrity status, these men and women were just "John Q Citizens", with the same personnas as everyday people. While it is not right for Mr. Lampley to physically abuse his mate, this is private between he and she. Hopefully they can dissolve their differences away from the prying eyes of the the media cameras and papparazzies....

50. It's too bad, unfortunately with all the women laws on the books and the abuse of those laws* we have lost our rights to express ourselves in America.

* Rather that seeking to resolve differences women, law enforcement and the court system use these laws to frustrate and further inflame the situation, situations that could be resolved amicably with dialogue. What is ironic is most women who chose to get law enforcment involved quickly learn that trying to navigate the system is hundreds of times more abusive that the actual abuse they may have endured. It's a crappy system.

53. George,
Your close relative has a crappy lawyer. If you really care loan him some money so he can get a better lawyer. If there is any proof and/or witnesses to the behavior of his ex he'll get the kids as well as child support. I know this for a fact. It all about who has the best lawyers. Sad but true. There's really no double standard since more time than not, the abuser is a man. Not always, but most often.

56. Did she hit him first? Sometimes women do that, to get a rise from a man, knowing if he hits her back, she wins with the cops. its an old trick, although hitting a woman is always wrong, or something I condone. he should have been smarter

57. I don't know the situation, and some times when push comes to shove, it's bad, But any man who hits a woman or child, if he dosen't try to walk away, is a p***y and deserves to go to jail, where he will really get what he deserves

58. Jim always seemed to be a stand up guy. Bree was either divorced or
seperated from him for awhile. They got back together and seemed happy.
I guess that has blown up too, since he is with another woman.
If the allegations are true, he should get prosecuted to the fullest extent
of the law. His public humiliation will be well deserved.
