32. Hey Dee,

Jessica and Nick lived in California, which is a "No Fault" state. That means that no matter who made what, it is split 50/50. When JESSICA filed for divorce SHE made an attempt to keep everything she earned during the marriage so nick basically said, "ok, if you want to keep it all then you get to pay me alimony". It was a legal move that is common because of the laws here. Alimony IS Nicks right here in CA but he only asked for it after she made an attempt to keep 80 percent of their assets which is NOT common in CA.. Now they settled and he LET her keep a larger portion of the assets and NO he didn't pursue alimony.

However, now that his "career" is doing better then her YOU are drinking the Haterade. Let the man do his thang!!!!! The Bitch got everything she wanted and you still think he sucks...... You sound bitter to me.

Um, I'm with Dee....Nick sat on his butt, he chose to be the cleaning man, the pool boy, the moving man....she would have gladly paid for some of the things that he did around the house.....that gave everyone the impression he was such a WONDERFUL man......he was always out with his brother, playing golf......playing video games, shooting pool.......being with Vanessa must make him feel like more of a man....since she is in the #2 spot.....Jessica out shined Nick, and ANY success that he may have had in 98 degrees.......face it, he'd rather be with the chick that no one knew a year ago.......instead of being MR. JESSICA SIMPSON......I think he was threatend by his wife's success.......IF YOU DID WATCH THE SHOW......then you saw his pathetic attempt to make his "shut up" video....and now, the only reason he is making money......is because he is BLASTING his personal drama with Jess.......I give her credit for maintaining some personal dignity- and not spewing their personal business all over the news......

36. So let's get it straight. Nick was the one with more money when they got married. Thats why daddy Simpson told Jessica not to get a prenup. Then while the were married Nick was trying to be a husband while Jessica shopped and complained about everything. She's a whore. She cheated on Nick w/ Bam. And no Nick outsolld Jessica's CD. Why? Because he has talent unlike Jessica. People don't listen to her sing they just look at her fake tits. And as for Vanessa, I'm a girl and I think she is HOTTT! Not a dumb blonde....

44. Nick is making Vanessa famous just like he did with Jessica. Vanessa is on MTV yet Nuck is the 1st one to put her in a video and people are starting to notice her now. Both Jessica and Vanessa are NOTHING without Nick and they both use him for fame.

Probably not, it was cute to you, I guess. If you're going to knock Lachey for speaking his mind about his divorce, why don't you look at Simpson and her shady family. The man deserved half, and he should have gotten it. He's got class, I can't say the same for them. And let's just say something happened between Jessica and Bam....a married woman isn't having sleepovers with that dude and his friends, and it's all innocent. Seems to me, he's talked more about it, and want's to continue talking about it, but he hasn't provided any details about it because he wants to milk it, and because he DID do something sexual with her.
