36. Wow....what a pathetic display of not only racism (what is this 1950?) but the lack of police protection in LA. Haven't they learned anything? Guess they will have to keep learning the hard way. ..surprise, surprise. As for the bodyguard? Shame, Shame, Shame on him. He obviously has issues and doesn't need to be protecting anyone. He needs to get himself into some serious counseling (preferably anger management) or better yet....get someone his own size to bash his head into a wall....maybe that will snap him out of it. Such a sad display of how a little fame (being Wilmer's bodyguard.....whoopie...) can make someone behave so badly. As for the other guy? I hope he makes millions off this. What is see is the smaller guy asking to be hit. The big guy kept trying to walk away. The small guy should have been arrested for assault. The big guy was only defending himself.

There is no question whatsoever from the video that this moron blob of an animal initiated the physical assault on this guy. Taunting the fat slob is one thing, however, when you so much as physically lay a hand on another person, that constitutes battery under California law. I would say bashing the dude's head into a wall certainly justifies assault + battery. This pond scum pile of blubber needs to be immediately deported back to Somoa from whence he came! Better yet, I'd like to see this p.o.s. Samoan pig duke it out with MY personal bodyguard, Mr. Glock, and we'll see who emerges the victor. The West Hollywood Sheriff's Dept. have always been an ineffective law enforcement agency so it is not surprising that these stupid cops all just stood around and watched. I guess that's why the LAPD has "to protect and serve" emblazened on the outside of their patrol cars and the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. doesn't. LOL

When Mel and ex-Kramer made racial slurs, according to the people on this site it was "not a big deal" and people "should just get over it." 45. Here's an idea, how about just walk away from the drunk? Wow, the big fat security guard really showed how tough he is. "Respect"? Him? That's a laugh. Respect is something you earn and not by tossing around a dude smaller than you who's wasted. Let's see how tough he is when Wilmer gets sued and he loses his job.
