33. What kind of ignorant ass do you have to be to condemn Steve-O for trying to bring to light the cruelty and abuse of defenseless animals for the sake of profit??!!! Animals don't have a voice so they need loud-asses like Steve-O, Pam Anderson and Peta to speak up for them. Indifference to the pain and suffering of animals = lack of intelligence and empathy. Also, abusing himself has nothing to do with cruelty to animals. A person would have to be borderline retarded in order to not understand that simple concept.

I love Steve-O! He may be a jackass, but at least he has a heart and a soul unlike many who comment on this website.

41. It's nice to see so many people like myself who care about the needless suffering of animals. I don't know who steve-o is but if he's standing up to ringling, good for him. Their abuse of elephants particularly is disturbing to say the least. I hope everyone will boycott the circus and bring an end to the cruelty.

42. I am concerned about the welfare of the animals in the Ringling Brothers circus, My son had worked for them for a couple of years and fell in love with the elephants and gave the best care. He said they are alot like humans, each having very distinct and wonderful personalities. He now works with a variety of animals at another circus and will be returning to Ringling to care for the elderly elephants who no longer perform and he told me today that it breaks his heart to leave the animals he now cares for because he fears they will not receive good care. So be assured that the animals receive good care whn my son is around and he gave me a new appreciation for the most beautiful of all creatures, the elephant.

45. I think PETA was a fair idea to start with but then they just turned a bit gay I love animals don't get me wrong but these guys make it look like they want babies with them. Steve-O on the other hand is a god damn legend! If you knew the person yourself other than getting the impression of him from 'Jackass', he used to work with animals and has always loved them, not in a sexual way, well.. if he did it would be funny because it's Steve-O and beastiality would most probly be a joke to him and all his fans haha! But god damn respect the man rather than diss him, anyone can stand up for what they believe in no matter who that person is!
