64. The REAL incitement to all this is the lame left-wing typical anti-war retorical title this mainstream failure of a journalist gave Ms. Somers comments. I didn't get the same tone out of her quote as the slanted title given this Constitutional protected midget who wrote the article. Everyone knows I would have run the war more like General Powell wanted -- more armor , equipment , and technology to seal the borders -- even speaks moreso of the great effort our troops are putting in . These Men and Women are real heroes and deserve all our prayers and respect ( listening John?) . Please keep your critics of the war to the politics and don't make light of the armed forces doing the job ....And say a prayer to keep them safe and bring them home .

69. Ms. Somers is a nice person, but how dare she act as though we parents of deployed Soldiers are tormented. We are PROUD of our Sons decision to serve and even prouder of the work they have accomplished...what we are sick of are these liberals who are stuck in the 60's who think are kids are stupid and were drafted..They weren't, they went by choice into the service and it is schmucks from Ms. Somers crowd who eliberately paint the pictures of despair for their own agenda and benefit...especially since these cowards have no stake in the fire whatsoever..and they want to cry and worrry for us? 70. Wow... BEFORE YOU POST READ HER COMMENTS AND PAUSE ONE MOMENT... She is saying there are worse things in life than losing her home. She is thankful that she does not have to worry about a son or a daughter in Iraq.

In no way is she disparaging those serving the country by saying what she did. In fact, she recognizes the sacrifies they and their loved ones are making.
