Hey Donald -- Where'd YOU Learn to Count?

Call it the "Art of the Spin."

Donald Trump granted an "exclusive" interview to the "Today" show this morning with the express purpose of refuting Rosie's gleeful assertion from Wednesday -- namely, that the debut episode of this season's "The Apprentice" had "tanked" in the ratings. The only problem was, it did tank. It was third in the 10-11 PM slot, well behind "Desperate Housewives" and "Cold Case."

In his inimitably self-satisfied way, Trump told "Today's" Natalie Morales that his show was "the most successful show in the last 14 months in its timeslot." Uh, what? Actually, it wasn't even the most successful show that NBC has run in the 9:30-11:00 PM timeslot since October 2005. Its 5.5 household rating can't match that of "Crossing Jordan" and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," the two other shows that have recently run in that slot.

Of course, the Donald was saying all this on NBC, which, of course, just happens to air "The Apprentice." Hmm.

106. These two would make a good couple. Trump's show tanked. Rosie's talk show tanked. They both have severely over-blown egos and think that they are media gods (Rosie compares herself to Oprah, Trump thinks his show is the hottest thing on TV). I bet that if Rosie and Trump were locked up together alone in a room they would fight at first then end up screwing each other. It would work out really well...Trump probably likes to be spanked and Rosie likes to play with boobs. Perfect for each other.

109. Rosie's show never tanked. When she decided to leave her show was extremely successful and high in the daytime ratings. Her magazine however? Now that's another story.

As for Donald, as if there was ever any doubt, he continues to make it crystal clear that the "D" really stands for "Deeeeeeeeeelusional!!!"

Thanks for setting the record straight about Rosie's magazine and that it wasn't a failure on Rosie's part!

America's just too homophobic right now & I'm 100% positive that the majority of the Rosie-bashers are really just uncomfortable with the fact she's a lesbian.

112. AK, I'm glad you straightened out the story about Rosie's magazine. :)

Rosie's show didn't tank. She walked away due to wanting to spend time with the 3 children that she had adopted during the run of the show. She left while the ratings were high.

Trump's show came in #46 in last weeks ratings. It was also the lowest rated Aprentice premiere in the show's history. And it came in 3rd in its timeslot (out of a field of 3- Fox and CW don't have network shows on at 10pm). It did tank, no matter what Donald says about it.

Rosie is a sucessful, self-made person. Trump just went to work at the company that his dad started. Daddy gave him a big job, just like Donald has done for Ivanka and Don Jr. The Trump Organization, of which Donald is a stockholder and not sole owner, is worth billions. Donald himself is not.

113. Note that The Apprentice got KILLED again this week losing another some 2.5 million viewers. It couldn't even hold the less than impressive lead in numbers from "Grease: You're The One That I Want" losing about a million of them. It will be interesting to see what happens next week without 24, but I've got my money on a continued tank-o-rama for the egomaniac.

115. Rosie O'Donnell is more obnoxious than Donald Trump! I don't watch the View because it has become a very unbalanced show with the addition of Rosie. All Elizabeth and Joy do is sit back and listen to Rosie's stupidity. She is always angry about something. She is not a very happy person in my opinion. She is harsh, caustic, and abrasive! There is no room on the View for anyone but Rosie!
She needs to leave and FAST!!! I am no big fan of Donald Trump but I think he says what everyone is thinking. In a poll only 28% percent of the American people
said they like Rosie O'Donnell. Get lost Rosie!!!
