"The Geek" Joins the N-Bomb Club

Brat packer Anthony Michael Hall used the N-word twice while signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans last night, and it all went down outside the Laugh Factory, of all places.

Hall, the star of such 80s classics as "Sixteen Candles" and "The Breakfast Club," uttered several obscenities as he joked around with fans and photographers outside the same Hollywood comedy club where Michael Richards made his infamous rant back in November. When a particularly large, Hispanic looking fan came up to Hall looking to take a picture with him, Hall jokingly said, "I am scared of this nigga right here."

About a minute or two later, while posing for a pic with another fan, Hall says to someone off camera, "What up nigga?"

Throughout the video, Hall half-seriously told several people to "get the f**k out of here" and joked that the cameraman would sell the video to a TV show -- ha, close! During the taping, Hall also joked several times about being high.

46. I find it hilarious that more than one of you has asked why black people get offended by the N-Word. Why do you think? The word has a very weighted history filled with violence and hatred. As a black person, I get very offended when people use the word and even more so when they act surprised once someone gets offended by it. And as for J-Lo or Em using the word, J-Lo was caught in a huge sh*t storm when she used it and Em never uses the word. He has even stated in interviews that the people he hangs with would beat him down if he used it. So, the logic of 'celebrities say it so I can too! is lame and beyond immature. Some people say don't allow the N-Word to carry so much weight, but there's no more weight to give to it. It is what it is and will never be anything less. It doesn't matter if you end it with an 'a' to try to make it trendy. The connotation is here to stay. It all comes down to thinking before you speak and realizing that it will NEVER be ok to use that word.

48. I agree with tactless. J.Lo did get backlash from using it even though she is Latino, Eminem personally said he would never use that word because he doesn't have the right to. And for people that say get over it, I hope if you slowly die from a disease somebody tells you to get over it. Its more than a word it pain behind it that yo will never know, so nobody gets a "pass"

50. INTRODUCING THE BENEDICT ARNOLD LIST

United Voices for a Common Cause, Inc. presents its Benedict Arnold list for those Blacks who insist upon publicly using the n-word including Daman Wayans.

No longer is it acceptable to trample upon the memories and honor of those who were tarred and feathered, burnt alive, castrated, hung, boiled alive, sodomized and tortured with hot pokers, disemboweled, unmercifully tortured in countless numbers of other ways, all in the name of the n-word simply because since the victims were considered to be a n***er it was okay to perform such atrocious, despicable acts. And yet as evil and heinous as these acts were there is something that transcends it and that is descendants of these canonized victims taking the word n***er and embracing it with tender loving care and using it endearingly and affectionately among them. How idiotic and moronic can this possibly be?

DAMAN WAYANS and JOHN RIDLEY names have been placed on this list.

56. I am black and i wasnt offended. Jesus. The only time that that word bothers me is when i am on the train and little kids use it in the presence of older black people, who could have been subjected to the word in a hateful manner during their childhood. These kids have NO idea of the significance of the word, and it grates my ears to hear them. Or when it is being used as an insult to demean someone.

And this guys is awesome. He is the star of the show "The Dead Zone" and he is Great in it. So he isnt "washed up" as you people put it. Anyway check out the show sometime. It's really good.

58. He was trying to be funny. Get over it. Even if it's in bad taste, what's the shock? Look at the source. And yes, he was stoned. Again, what's the shock? He's at the laugh factory a couple of times a week in that condition just hoping to get recognized by tourists... TMZ scraped the bottom of the barrel this time.

59. Once again, he was joking and if they don't want that name used then they shouldn't use it and they shouldn't call white people names. Bottom line, you get called what you call others. But, who is this guy?

60. This is ridiculous, he did not mean it in a deragatory manner, he was clearly trying to connect to his fans, and he did it pretty good, there was no awkwardness involves as sometimes occurs.

As for all the ignorant people calling him a 'has been' how about you do some research before you make such dumb claims. He's done over 50 movies in the past 25 years, an average of 2 movies per year.
Adding to that he is the star of his own series in The Dead Zone which is currently at its 5th season. 'has been' niggah please (oh no he didn't-oh yes I did )
