Jacko Sued for Not Paying for His Meds

Michael JacksonTMZ has learned that a Beverly Hills pharmacy claims Michael Jackson ran up a $100,000 tab for prescription meds, but never paid.

TMZ has obtained the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, by drugstore to the stars Mickey Fine Pharmacy. The store, which often delivers its wares via motorcycle, alleges they had an oral agreement with Jackson to pay for any prescriptions they filled. The pharmacy claims Jackson made his last payment to them in mid-2005. According to the documents, the pharmacy made "repeated requests for payment." Perhaps Jacko thought that "oral agreement" was related to how to take the pills.

They are asking for the $101,926.66 they are owed, plus court costs and other relief. Jackson's asking for a glass of water and a napkin.

Calls to Jackson's reps were not immediately returned.

46. This was already resolved. MJ has sued his accountants who took 2.5M from him every year for the past 3/4 years but didn't pay the bills they were suppsed to pay. TMZ I believe reported on that suit. These lawyers have refused to be audited or to hand over MJ's files..... so everyone they were supposed to pay is suing now......

anyways in response to TMZ's report MJ's crew responded:

54. It's so sad that so many people bad mouth Michael J. Have you not forgotten all the joys and great musical wonders that he has given you and the world? People have faults, big faults...that is only human. What great contribution have you made to the world that entitles you to demean Jackson to such extent? Or, let's see what skeleton might there be in your closet?

55. Entertainment personalities generally feel entitled to whatever they want; and they're given far too much slack by star-struck "civilians." A friend of mine works for a major computer company, and was all tickled when the personal assistant of a huge celeb contacted her for a hard-to-get model. Did the legwork, got the computer.. and waited for payment. Both the star and the assistant were highly offended when asked to pay the bill.

58. OK, calm down. Which of you don't owe money to someone? Mortgage company? Credit card bills? Car loans? And how many want YOUR pharmacy list printed. According to rxlist.com, #1 drug, Vicodin for 2005 and 2006. Antidepressants. Statins because we refuse to eat right and exercise...go ahead, throw the first stones. I, for one, say silly putty and demorrhal are expensive...and I for one, think he needs all the drugs he can get. Haters, lots of haters....

59. King of Pop? He's the king of popping a stiff one into little boys. Why hate on Elvis? He was able to market his talent where as the black you referred to didn't. Michael is a sick freak just like OJ.

60. Supposedly Michael hasn't actually bought a house in Vegas. He is staying at the home of another one of his weird friends, Prince Jefri of Brunei. Prince Jefri (brother of the Sultan of Brunei) is accused of all kinds of financial misdeeds in Brunei. And generally dispised in Las Vegas. Good company to keep.

You won't find Neverland in the real estate section of the newspaper but a buyer is quietly being sought. It is going to be a tough sell because they want someone to pay top dollar for all Michael's "toys" (ferris wheel, etc) that no one wants anyway. Michael's people are denying the potential sale because it is bad press. They'll come up with some positive spin if/when it sells.

Yes, he still owns 25% of Sony/ATV Publishing. That is after he LOST 25% through debt restructuring last year to keep from losing the whole 50% he did own. He is back in debt to them so only a matter of time before he loses more percentage.

My credit score looks just fine, thanks for asking. How many more payments do you have on that trailer?
