Diddy Denied, Granny Gets In

Did you ever think you'd see the night when Sean "Diddy" Combs struggled to get into an after-party, but 61-year-old Helen Mirren would breeze right past the velvet rope?

It happened last night at the Sunset Tower Hotel. Diddy arrived at the party, but met with resistance. He got into a pretty heated conversation with a guy who looked like the head of security for the hotel. Several uniformed guards stood by as Diddy haggled with security and talked on his phone. How many times do you think he said, "Do you know who I am?"

About five minutes after Diddy arrived, Mirren, who won two Globes earlier in the evening, was greeted with open arms by the same security guard who stiff-armed Diddy. Mirren was then ushered in -- right past him!! Sometimes, it's good to be "The Queen."

That's a WHOLE lot of fat to chew on! The funny thing is, most of the ppl making racist comments have paycheck one hundred times less than the interest Puffy earns off his $ in a day.. all have over $150 million, and that is on the moderate (estimation) end. RJ is a BILLIONAIRE.

43. Your tag line for your story is "Helen Mirren is a granny?"?? Are you nuts?? She is a beautiful woman who has delighted us in film and television for years. Prime Suspect....to name one. A true gem...total class act. Diddy on the other hand...is a thug. A no talent thug. Setting such a poor example for black youngsters everywhere. No education, no moral values.. Big fur coats "animal die for his shit" and having children out of wedlock. I remember him ripping off songs too. Isn't he about 5' 4''? big man.

Where was the mother of P.PuffDaddy Diddy's children?
If the public didn't support those performers who perpetuate the stereo-types then they would not be millionaires. I don't want my child to grow up believing that songs about guns, drugs, murder, or women only recognized as whores or bitches are appropriate. Helen Mirren was being honored for her acting achievements. P.Puff Daddy Diddy was not being honored for any achievements, therefore, why would be expect that he could just stroll into a party where he was clearly not invited? Money does not buy class. It is not about color -- it is about an unrealistic sense of entitlement.
BTW -- Master P was a Navy Base waiting for a flight to go entertain the troops overseas. While travel was delayed, he went to the military store and signed autographs and posed for pictures very graciously -- that is class. He did not demand to be let in, and he was kind. No one said a word about his color.
