i thought the tattoos on the shoulders were beautiful, and she has one shoulder for her son, one for her daughter. a tattoo that size wouldnt fit near her heart. i have a tattoo for my daguther on my ankel. god some people can be so judgemental, since when can the location of your tattoo prove how much you love someone.

63. It's no wonder that Howie was fidgeting and nervous every time he spoke to the media, he was trying to choose his words very carefully.
I'll bet things aren't too happy tonight under Ben's roof in the Bahama's, those two are probably scrambling to figure out where to go or what to do next.

The USA and that paternity test might not be such a bad idea after all, it sure beats prison.

65. 52. #45: Seems to me that ANS is still evil. Her attorney told People magazine that the hearing could still be quashed. In legal terms, that basically means that it's set aside or declared invalid. You can bet that's what HE'S up to.

Yes, we should believe people are what their actions suggest. I want to open my mind a little to the possibility that maybe 'influence" has taken on the appearance of evil. It's just much better for Dannielynn if her mother is NOT evil. I'll bet LB is looking VERY attractive to ANS right now; and he's going to take her baby - "intimidation" belies "attraction." Better to make nicey-nice with him than make him an enemy. ANS's attorney is a POS. Attorneys posture. Of course, anything is possible, including alien abductions. The most likely outcome is a settlement between LB and ANS. But I'd say the ball is really in his court. ANS is running scared and trying to "starve him out." Will never happen. I'd bet Opri would take this case pro bono at this point - for the publicity alone. She's the heroine (not to be confused with "heroin"). :-)

I also want to answer the question (paraphrased): "If they get married, would that allow one of them to invoke their right to not testify against one another?"
Yes, it would allow them to invoke that right. However, if they're played one against the other: one is going down, game's over. They're singing.

I hope this isn't going to be the half-assed inquest I was predicting. My hope is renewed, in light of the unnamed "witness"!!

68. I had a feeling that these next two weeks things were going forward, wow even I'm shocked. One thing they need is the FBI and US experts assisting with the investigation. We all know that the money is running out and with their lifestyle and spending habits the tank is probably on empty. You know that ANS and snot face HKS are sweating bullets. Man is this great, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth!

69. Has Cyril Wecht ever been paid for the autopsy? I wonder if he'll be called in to testify during the inquest?
I heard tonight that there would be 20 witnesses called including ANS and the flight attendants that were on the flight that Daniel flew in on. The hospital staff has been very quiet but because of privacy policies in their country they may not be at liberty to speak. It will be very interesting hearing what really happened during the last moments in that hospital room. I remember hearing there was blood and vommit and then those comments were brushed under the rug.

Let's hope for the sake of Daniel and Danielynne that the truth will surface from this inquest.

70. That baby needs to get away from these 2 sick people and live with her real father! And hopefully if her grandmother is in her right mind she can see her too. I feel for Daniel...what a sweet person he was..he did not deserve this!

Diego Chick...sorry...I should have been clearer. Her attorney has "suggested" that the court may quash the inquest, not the hearing with LB.

75. Hi Sarah W/Issues, and all the rest of my friends. Snoopy is BAAACK!
I just found out about the inquest and I am so hopeful that this will finally get to the bottom of what happened to Daniel.
I agree with all of you who are concerned for the welfare of the baby, as drama is at the cornerstone of ANS's life, always has been. The hearing on the eviction from Ben;s house is this week also, so it;s safe to assume ANS and Howie are not having a good week.
