Nicole Richie dumped her brown hair for a shade more stereotypically suited to her wrong-way driving.

The miniscule celeb slipped into a West Hollywood salon on Monday to blonde up her locks -- perhaps she needed a new look for a Golden Globes party ... or court.

16. Beauty is beauty, no matter what the hair or skin color. You people hatin on blondes need to be happy with yourself and stop putting others down. The poster who said that pale skin looks "weird" -- do you also think it's no big deal to call someone with *dark* skin "weird" looking or "awful" looking? No, you would be called a "racist" if you said that. What's the difference in picking on the pale-looking with the same remarks?

Geez, be nice. I'm sure you have your flaws too.

18. If everyone thinks blonde hair is so "weird" then why does EVERYONE want to be blonde??? Why does everyone color their hair blonde and get highlights to lighten their hair? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. JEALOUS??!!!!

19. You people need to learn to read ! I mean you number, 16 and 19! While I disagree with what number 15 said, you totally just twisted it around. They mentioned that pale skin and blonde hair looked strange together because there wasn't enough of a contrast with hair and skin. Not that pale skin was ugly, or that blonde hair was wierd. You people are so dim sometimes! my god!

I'm thinking, not being able to step out of your own frigin door,go shopping,go to the bathroom,eat in peace,take a vacation with your boyfriend,walk your dog, go to a function of any kind, be seen in public any where, have a camera in your face 24/7 out in about not to mention them hiding in the bush taking Pics of you INSIDE your own house? She has light skin and very dark hair is unflatering on her, makes her look sick. A lighter shade, and few pounds and this women is gonna kick your ass! Nicole is not a high profile, high paid actress or singer. The public does not pay her salary, and hasn't the power to break her penniless as what is happening to another high profile actress at the moment's "fall from grace" .Her sense of humor is what is going to carry her through, not her looks! I thinks she's awesome and very pretty.
