Elvis Has Left the Building

Pop star P!nk and husband Carey Hart have lost their beloved bulldog, Elvis.

The singer left her L.A. home for a short time and returned to find Elvis drowned in their backyard pool.

P!nk (aka Alicia Moore) is said to have tried desperately to revive the dog, but to no avail. According to insiders, the pup took frequent dips in the pool and never had any difficulty.

Elvis was a gift from good friend Lisa Marie Presley, hence the name.

46. It's a little sad that we've reduced how we feel about people by their music and not much else. D-man, that's like people defining you by what you post--should you be drowned?

Pink is a person who NONE of you know...if you don't like her music, fine. But I'm pretty sure she's human like the rest of us, so how about a little dignity. It's not exactly Sadaam we're talking about.

47. Bulldogs can not swim very well if at all-they tend to sink. Is she would have done some research on the breed she would have known that.

49. Yes, D-man has proven that he has heart, and I agree with his assessment of Pink's talent (nil), however I do feel bad for her loss. She lost a friend, after all.
Now is not the time to rag on her.

I also found amusing what NASTY BOIL wrote, 'bout his postings not appearing in print and that perhaps there is some kind of payola going on for censoring services by TMZ...don't know if that is true, but I find that my postings sometimes take a very very long time to be emailed to me for confirmation, almost as if the writing has to go up the chain of command for review prior to release - anyone else experience this too? Do tell...But Nasty, I was glad to read that you too have a heart: "I am a very sorry to hear of the sweet dogs' demise . Must love dogs . " Play nice, it isn't all that hard, really.

53. To Post #40 by shallowfuxabound....Finally someone with a brain! This is sad for ANYONE! Especially for those who don't have children...their pets BECOME like children. Not everyone here has to like Pink, but remember, you don't KNOW who she is, other than what the media lets you see. She is a human being with feelings.....and those ignorant people who comment harshly about someone you have no idea about, you only think you do, you really need to grow up. Seriously.....

54. PINK:
IF YOU READ THE BLOGS, I WANT TO SAY I AM SOO, SOO SORRY! I KNOW HOW MUCH ONE LOVES ONE'S PETS AND ELVIS IS A LOOKER.
I ALSO WANT TO SAY YOU ARE AN AWESOME SINGER AND I ADORE YOU.
G-D SPEED.

55. My Nana's dog swam in the pool all the time but had a heartattack while swimming and drowned. Its a horrible tragedy

56. It was a complete mistake. Of course I feel horrible. But she did nothing to make this happen. And for the idiots who say to 'call PETA,' she is part of PETA. She supports them and has made videos complimenting their work.
That's all:]

57. I'm so sorry for P!nk's loss. I lost a Boston Bull Terrier, also named Elvis, to old age (he was 16) in August. It was hard even then, so I can only imagine how hard it must have been to find her furry baby dead so suddenly. My heart goes out to the couple, and Lisa Marie, because I'm sure she must have loved doggy Elvis, too. And people, accidents happen. Don't judge, because the same thing could have happened to you. Also, her talent has nothing to do with her loss. Have a heart.

And just because you CAN say anything, it doesn't mean you SHOULD say anything. There's a word called "tact". Look it up.
