32. She needs very deep rehab. Needs to stay for 6 months. The media should leave her alone. All the shows, no more news till she gets out. Her mom has to start being a Mom, stay off the Tv shows. 36. I know alot of people can't stand Lindsay and there have been times when i wished i was one of them, but for some reason i couldn't bring myself to truely dislike her. Now Brittany Spears, i absolutly cant stand but couldnt feel the same about lindsay even with all the bad press she gets. Now, after seeing her moms interview, I understand why. I am a mom, who has had an off and on relationsip with her parents (now everything is great) but i can undertsand what it is like not to have a parental figure in your life. At 20 you still need that. The fact her mom didnt go with her to rehab to at least check her in and be with her daughter is sickening. She may be 20 but she still needs her parents. I am not going to defend all the stupid things lindsay has done, because she is after all 20 and should know better, but her parents are just rediculous and a disgusting example of parental firgures. Lindsay would be better off to cut ties and find someone, an adult, in her life that can guide her, in my opinion, because clearly her parents can not do it. Oh and patty cake, you are a DIGUSTING excuse for a human being. How any one can just relate a appendix, to an abortion clearly is ignorant and has a lot of hate,.

38. Both women in the pic look in dire need of serious pyschiatric attention. An over 50 stage mom who needs to one up her daughter with drama scenes involving public displays of drunkenness. Does the mom even work? And Lindsay, who went up the Hollywood fame hill, fell down the other side so quickly. Maybe in rehab, they will shrink her head back to a normal human's size & perspective. 39. if you have ever had someone close to you in rehab, you know that it is "standard" policy to detox for the first few days. in a nutshell...you can't have any communication with anyone during that detox period. at least her mother can defend speculations and rumors in her defense. still doesn't mean that her mom isn't a nutbag, but it does explain her mother's absence.

42. As a mother of a daughter Lindsay's age, I have to say that "Dina" is just a piece of work gone bad. There is no perfect parent, however, Dina Lohan is a star struck woman riding on Lindsay's coat tails. I have long admired Lindsay's talent, and yes, she IS a talent, however, her parents have done this young lady no justice. Dina took the low road with her children. She would much rather bask in the limelight her daughter put her in than be a good parent and set decent examples. If you ask me, Dina Lohan is an air head. Years ago, Brook Shields mother took so much heat for being a horrible "stage mother", however, look at Brooke now. She grew up to be a fine example and is a talented actress and is a good person and mother. Dina Lohan should take notice before she has to bury Lindsay at a very young age. What a tragedy that would be.

I have raised three daughters as a single mom, all my kids are college grads, no police records, no outlandish behavior on their part. Where were her parents when this train wreck of adolescence reached puberty??

44. I have a daughter named Lindsay, two years older than this piece of work. My daughter is also a flaming redhead. That's where the comparison ends. My Lindsay raises two daughters, works full time & is in a stable marriage, with her husband ready to go to Iraq. Comes down to parental influence or the lack of it, & what your kids walk out of the house with : morality & commen sense vs/. hedonism.
These celebrity people need a dose of reality. please don't report on or show Lindsay Lohan's mom's pic again. Quit feeding the media whore's appetite. Nan
