Lindsay -- Rehab Shopping Spree

TMZ has obtained exclusive photos of Lindsay Lohan, taken the day she went to rehab.

The pictures were taken Wednesday morning at Envie Beverly Hills, a swanky boutique. Lohan was being fitted in Retribution clothing, which she's wearing in the photos. La Lohan bought a form-fitting tunic hoody in black and vintage grey.

Sources say Lindsay actually went to the rehab facility the night before, but it's unclear if she checked in that night. What is clear is that Lindsay was on a shopping spree the next day, before going back to the facillity.

Lindsay was trying on clothes for a scheduled event that evening. She was supposed to co-host a party for the Retribution launch at Kitson Men. She never made it to the party, choosing Wonderland instead.

I do know a lot about rehab as my own teenage daughter has had to do this and yes you do have an intake process regardless of payment. They also do an evaluation. It is not uncommon for someone to get the process started and comeback.

25. Lindsey is a trainwreck and isn't taking rehab seriously. I raised 7 kids and all turned out very good. I don't think her Mother assumed her full responsibility and let this trainwreck go astray. All young stars do not turn out this way if they have had good guidance.
Lindsey should wake up and smell the coffee before it is too late for her. It is not about shopping the night before rehab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

29. Something's definitely pulling Lindsay down and I doubt it's those Anchor's on her jacket. it's more likely drugs which are symbolically a thousand times heavier than any Anchor when it comes to kicking a drug habit.

Lindsay, you've got a ton of money, though I know that by now money doesn't seem to be that big a deal, right? Well let me tell you something young lady. You have done alot with your life and you are still so young but if you don't turn around as in a complete 360 you will spend so many years fighting off addictions that you won't enjoy any of your terrific good fortune to date. Tired of hearing how lucky you are? Sure, everything gets played out in time.. but life and death are pretty much the only two things that never get played.. And you my dear are dealing with Life And Death decisions right now missy, right now in that hospital you lie in.
