J.Lo's auditions for her new "Glow After Dark" reality show were derailed Friday night when two members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) took the stage, pretending to audition, and launched into a tirade against the singer/actress.
TMZ obtained video of the confrontation, secretly shot by PETA at the event, which was held at Macy's in Downey, California. "J.Lo, fur ho!" screamed one of the ladies, who began by saying, "I think the most important thing about being a diva...is not only being sexy and being stylish, but is not wearing real f***ing fur!"
The shocked M.C. scooped up one of the infiltrators and strong-armed her off the stage.
J.Lo was not present during the outburst.

Wearing fur is immoral and disgusting in this day and age and Jo Lo got off easy.
Skinning animals alive and electrocuting them to death in the name of MINK EYELASHES and JACKETS is inexusable.

For all of the "stars" that go to Africa/Cambodia etc. to open schools, get better drinking water, adopt children etc.....how in this day and age, do people still not consider the cruelty to animals, for fashion?
J.Lo is RICH......she might want to spend some money on something good, instead of something "fashionable".....

Good for PETA. J.Lo is, by all accounts, a bitch from hell. Too bad she wasn't there personally. Wearing fur in this day and age is inexcusable, for anyone who thinks otherwise, watch the videos.

Sure, listen to PETA. All-natural, organic fibres are wrong, especially if they come from animals.
Instead, they tell you to wear fake fur, pleather, PVC, nylong or polyester. These are synthetics created with petrochemicals. The war in Iraq? Oil spills? Global warming? We need these things in order to save the animals!
Wearing fake fur or pleather is more damaging to the natural world than killing a mink or a cow. You go, J-Lo!

That was so well-done. I actually live in Downey and had no idea this would be going on Friday. No wonder the mall looked different that day. The ghetto side of Downey didn't go out and the rich side came out. J LO could have never been at that mall. She'd need a bunch of bodyguards.
