I could care less about Anna Nicole Smith and what she does with her life. Unfortuantely seem to make yourself the moral police here in regards to Ms. Anna Nicole Smith. You are not god and who are we to judge her?

For the records AOL never releases information that easy I know we had to serve them with a subpoena to get im records on a pedophile. We could not get access to the records the next day so you tell me why TMZ has that information so quickly?

That would only leave birkhead and I would not trust him with a 10 foot pole. I am sure his attorney has barred him from all personal contact with this woman. So that leaves on one conclusion the information is fake. Unless I see proof from aol from their servers I would not believe the information. You might but then that is your problem.

See what TMZ is doing is preying on all of you believers. People who believe the sky if falling types.

As for Anna I do not condone anything but I am not here to judge her. I will leave that to the likes of you. Guess you have no skeletons in your closet.

Well, SOMEONE needs to be the moral police!! Am I god? Well, that obviously we all know I am not, however, I am and I WILL pass judgment on her whether you or anyone else likes it or not.

One thing I am not, is stupid. Tabloid journalism makes me laugh. I find it fascinating. Cures boredom sometimes, but no, I do not buy into everything I read here OR the tabloid rags. One thing I HAVE done is my homework regarding her before I opened my mouth. Would you say the Bahama newspapers were credible? How about CNN? How about actual court documents? Credible witnesses?? Again, I do not agree with everything Harvey Levin does but I do not and would not believe he would allow his site to conjure up something that could potentially get him sued. My "rant" had nothing to do with what Harvey or TMZ has written about Anna or Howard..it is the hard cold FACTS of what is going on that makes me pretty much an expert at what I am talking about. Like you, you are entitled to your opinions...as am I, however, my opinions are based on facts. Your only reason for being here is to challenge Harvey and TMZ because, "you are a paralegal". Wow!! I am sure Harvey is impressed...either that, or he is scared of you and all your legal logic! Do yourself a favor Lara...go to law school, THEN challenge Harvey. 98. LB's Lawyer, Debra Opri just announced on Nancy Grace the Text messages were real. Larry is in the bahama's because Anna told him she would take the test today...... The IM's were what Opri called" A heads up to LB that the test was not going to happen".

Skipping out on the DNA testing says volumes about her & HKS. Also referring back to an interview with HKS...he was complaining that Birkhead didn't wait til after Daniel was buried to request DNA testing. He claimed that it traumatized her. Yeah, riiiiiight! She was the on who waited weeks after his body was released to bury him, but yet had a funky COMMITMENT ceremony with HKS. What a load of B$!!!
