16. Why are some of you people putting this girl behind bars when you really don't even know what happened? It's a shame how people sit at their computers and think they can just judge the world. All of us have made mistakes, some of them worse than others but none of us are free from guilt or sin. Get over yourselves, and stop being the judge, jury, an executioner. More importantly stop getting all of your information from a tabloid website.

17. This is such BS. If this happened to a "regular" person, that person would have been hauled off to jail and charged with vehicular manslaughter immediately. I hate that celebrities get special treatment. God forbid they pay for their stupid mistakes. I wonder why the public didnt hear about this right after it happened? Why did it take a month for it to become public? Probably so her PR people could put some sort positive spin on it to make her look like she was the victim.

I wonder why it happened? She was probably talking on a cell phone while drinking a latte while watching a movie on her DVD player.

21. My condolence to the deceased and i sympathize with Brandy. For God's sake they should give this lady a break as it was an accident that could happen to anyone. Just because she is a celebrity doesn't mean she cannot make a mistake. She accepts the responsibility and also stopped at the scene of the accident until some stupid bimbo celebrities claiming they couldn't remember having an accident. Brandy i sympathize with you and God will give you the strength to go through this.

22. Somebody has been bought and paid for. It took a month for this to get out? It's been covered up. But, as it goes, shes a celebrity so she will get out of it. If it was one of you nobodys you know you would still be sitting in jail right now. She at least should receive a stiff fine, points on her license, maybe a suspended license and maybe a driver's ed course!!!!!!!!!!!!! Celebrities screw up just like everybody else and they should pay the consequences just like everybody else.

My condolences to the family of the deceased and GET THE BEST LAWYER MONEY CAN BUY!!!!!!!!!!!! It is time these celebrities learned that they ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW!!!!!!!!!

24. A poor woman lost her life, and this will take a long time for all of the others to heal from. My sympathies to them all.

25. What a tragedy for all involved. Unfortunately Brandy will have this guilt the rest of her life. It was a terrible accident and I am sure it was unintentional. My condolences to the family of the victim as well. My thoughts and prayers are with all families involved at this time. God Bless Them!

26. i am so ashamed of the public when if it was one of us we would not want any one placing such a heavy burden on the artist shoulders i mean she made a mistake and i know in my heart she would do anything to go back but we all know all you can do in this situation is hope and pray the families on both end for the artist and the family who lost a love one pulls through.

28. I think it's sick that these tapes are on this site. Completely tasteless, especially after you post Brandy's statement asking for her, and everyone else's privacy. Celebrity gossip is one thing, but this is definately crossing the line.
This certainly puts a bad taste in my mouth for TMZ

29. I'm a huge fan of this site, but posting the 911 calls is going way over the line. A woman died and to make it worse a celebrity was involved. Now because of that fact, that's woman's family will have to keep reliving that moment because of the way the media is giving the situation undue attention because Brandy was involved. They're all hurting, some worse than others, and there's no need to subject them to the constant flogging from the media.
