Rosie and Babwa: Trouble in Hell?

Click to return to TMZ.comMaybe the Donald was right about the strife between Rosie and Babwa.

On today's installment of "The View," moderator Ro put Barbara Walters -- her boss, mind you -- firmly in her place. Gabbing about the State of the Union address, O'Donnell called for a member of Congress to put the President up for impeachment, and compared Bush's failures unfavorably to Bill Clinton's.

Mama Walters, not wanting to get into a prolonged debate over Wild Bill's behavior, suggested that they move on to the next topic. Not so fast, said Rosie. "Where do you want me to move on to?" And they did not move on.

76. i'd prefer for them to stay on an important topic like their opinions on how the president is running the country instead of critiqing if Beyonce should pose with her arms up or down at the Golden Globes. Barbara should know better.

77. rosie is a nutcase and lunatic. the people of the united states DID NOT impeach clinton because he had an affiar. they impeached him because he LIED in a court of law to a grand jury and therefore committed perjury. bush was MISLEAD and was a victim of a MASS INTELLIGENCE FAILURE the WHOLE WORLD was privy too. its not bush's fault, its the CIAS. why impeach bush? the senate VOTES for war, so if rosie wants to impeach someone, why not impeach hillary, kerry, and other members of her party for voting for the war and giving bush the go head. i just love how liberals like to play with their vocabulary definitions and use words like "lie" for "mislead" just to gain political points.

i would love to keep rosie on this show because her rages are actually a misdeed to her party.

elisabeth is right. what kid is going to find security and trust in their parents and adults when their parents abandon them and their mother/or father for someone else? kids find a lot of security in their parents loving each other. if you want to have an affair, just get a divorce or don't get married at all. when you have kids, they come first and their needs must be met first, not your penises.

78. i would hate to see the horror and terror that comes to the us after we leave iraq. it will be a win for the terrorists and if we suffer, i'm blaming the democrats. we cannot continue our reputation of leaving and not finishing what we started as a nation. i respect bush for actually trying to make it work. thats a good leader. the democrats have offered NO ideas on helping iraq if we leave or how to help iraq by staying there.

79. pieta,

its pretty well documented that good parents would not cheat on another person while they are married if they love their family. anyone who parent that cheats on their spouse when they have kids is a bad parent because most kids suffer greatly and are hurt by that and will blame their parents and not trust them or other people and/or adults. many studies document this- kids are fragile and need their parents to stay and love and show affection towards one another to grow up with successful marriages and relationships if they have them at home as kids (thats not to say that bad parenting = kids with relationships issues, but its not uncommon)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

81. Babwa got what she deserved. And for the second time I agree with Rosie. I'm not a fan; nor am I, a liberal.

We seem to not want to think about the untold innocent victims of Bush's war. Women and children who have no decent medical care; but who are suffering untold miseries, such as loss of limbs, family members, mental and emotional agony, etc! etc!

I read somewhere, that people over there are doing drugs in order to cope with a "morally unjust war", as the late Pope John Paul II called Bush's war.

So, Rosie, I agree with you 100% about your call.

82. You lost this viewer from The View. Rosie's comment about impeaching the president was so far out of line I can't stand your program for all the lies YOU tell. You have no idea about where the president gets his information and what you say is lying. It just shows how stupid Rosie is.

83. Of course because we are all at home with our little laptops we can't possibly have any idea what goes on at the White House - what intelligence is gathered - and what information the president is given. It is beyond our comprehension. The decision to go to war was made by the president alone....could we just get beyond this?
Clinton was given information that he did not act on - specifically the whereabouts of Osama Bin Laden - they had him and Clinton did not act on it! 9/11 perhaps would not have happened if Clinton had acted on the information he was given. He lied about Monica, he lied to a grand jury, we have no idea what else he lied about and what he was capable of. Everyone seems to overlook that because why? he is charming?

84. my previous comment was meant to say that ' the decision to go to was was NOT made by the president alone"

I apologize for that.
I also want to say that the terrorists are out there - they already came on our soil - and they will come back - if we do not keep them away. No one thought our self-protection was wrong on 9/11. You have to think down the road into the future.

85. Rosie's right, for once. I watched that show, and I am proud to say, that when Rosie said, that, I was cheering for her. It was the once time, I have actually seen her, stand up for something important, and not trivial, like her spat with Donald Trump. I have more respect for Rosie, now, because of it. I think that her trying to get the frustrations of Bush, and his piss poor, sh*tty ass presidency, off her chest, and that of the American people, shows that some people still have the guts to stand up for what they believe in, and what's right and to say something about it. Too many people walk around on egg shells, and are too afraid of offending people, or hurting someone's "feelings". When did this country lose our right to freedom of speech, and the sense to stand up, and say when something is going wrong??

87. Why do you people continue to give fat rosie press. She's a moron.

88. I think both Barbara and Rosie need to be impeached from the show. I am so disappointed in Barbara. I thought she was a respectful dignified lady until she got mixed up with Rosie. Now I see her as a pathetic whimp who is afraid of Rosie.

Ratings are important to any show but when you sacrifice your morals and dignity you have truly sold your soul to the devil.

I think Rosie is the most miserable person alive. I think that is why she lashes out at other people. She is also a hippocrite that thinks if she slanders a person it is o.k. but don't dare say anything against her beliefs. She is pathetic.

She does need her own gay show.
