81. Wow, the hate spewed forth by so many people here against jews is astounding! Why do you hate them? Is it personal experience that you are generalizing to the entire race? Is it part of your socioreligious framework (e.g. arab/islam)? Is it jealousy?

For the most part, I have found jews as a group to be very similar to my background -- asian. They place the highest importance on family, will sacrifice anything to ensure the education and success of their children, believe in saving and spending wisely, and have tremendous unity. These are outstanding qualities that we should salute, not denigrate.

Given that most jews have higher-than-average education, I am dissapointed to see many of the jews here dropping to the level of their attackers by insulting black, hispanics, and "goyim" as a whole. There's no sense in it, especially given that this is the type of ignorant, meaningless hatred that you protest against when it is directed toward you.

Let's leave it at this: there will always be people who hate jews, and other ethnicities, simply for who they are. I doubt that they themselves even understand the nature of their hate; it is simply something familiar and easy that gives them comfort in an unfair world.

Ohh, and to those of you who will no doubt argue that I am merely kissing jewish ass, answer for me one simple question: Why do you hate jews? Don't bother with profanity or hate-filled epithets that mean nothing. Use the capabilities you have and tell me *why* you believe jews should be hated. Present a rational argument.

Although I certainly admire many of the qualities that jews possess, I consider myself fairly neutral. I tend to think of things in logical terms. The only thing I don't like is the knee-jerk reaction of many jews who take any rational, logical criticism of israeli policy, or US policy towards israel, as evidence of anti-semitism. Why is it impossible to say anything even remotely critical of israel, not jews, without being branded an anti-semite? But, then again, that's a topic for a different discussion...

I have said many of the same things in other postings on this site when Jews have been attacked, including the similarities between Asians and Jews in terms of their values. Finally, perhaps I missed it, but I don't recall any Jews during this thread saying that criticism of Israel is anti-Semitism. However, I would be willing to debate with ANYONE over the topic of Israel and it's conflict with the Muslim world. :)
