33. I understand wearing big bulky clothing to cover up her emaciated state but surely with her money she could afford big, bulky AND stylish.

I feel sorry for her, she a sick girl. It angers me that there is no one in her life to put their foot down and get her some help, no way will she live to see 40, 30 is questionable.

34. If you're going to dress like this and know the photogs are out there, at least look at the camera and smile for once. Show some confidence and you won't look so silly. If nothing else, at least get your pic taken at a fast food restaurant. Let us know your're eating something!

39. No wonder she has an eating disorder. People don't have anything better to do than put her down and pick her apart. Unless she dresses well, makes a hit movie, or sings a hit song; I guess she is worthless in your minds. She is a human being. Is it her fault that she spent her childhood in the spotlight and now she is famous and has no choice? It's sad! Fame is difficult for grown-ups, but is a choice they get to make. How does a once adorable child who could say and do cute things to be adored now cope with being an adult who always has to top what they did before? She didn't ask for this and don't deserve to be judged.
