Mess USA Tara Conner is fully rehabilitated! We know, because she's clutching a teddy bear.

TMZ has obtained the first pictures of Tara since her hard-partying ways earned her a Trump-thumping into rehab. To call the shots overdramatic would be an understatement.

In an effort to convince the public that she's reformed, a super-conservative looking Tara struck a few interesting poses, including the obligatory "mirror" shot. She's clearly been doing a lot of self-reflection.

21. thank you number three, but i was a coke addict 4 years ago and am completely rehabilitated. i don't personally care much for tara and i truly believe she should have lost her crown because she didn't hold to the "standards" set by the pageant, but you should leave your coke whore comments to yourself. i have read the posts on this site, and you people are truly immature. sad. i haven't touched coke in 4 years and it is possible she just got caught up in a big city like i did (atlanta for me) and it is early enough in her addiction to quit for good.

22. i'd say anybody who has their children looking up to beauty pageant contestants in the first place is already pretty screwed up..

how about you teach them to look up to, oh i don't know, a doctor or someone that actually does something for the world? certainly there's more to life than aspiring to looking good in an evening gown and swimsuit, jeezus..

27. Tara looks good for someone who just got out of rehab. I think she'll be a better person for going through all of this. I wish I was that teddy bear right now. Besides,the look on her face in the picture shows she's proably having her period.

28. It's a disgrace. She should not be allowed to keep her crown. Miss USA is supposedly an ideal. It is a position of morality and virtue. Being a drunk cokehead is not what Miss USA is all about.

I appreciate Trump for trying to give her a second chance. But not in this situation. Give an apprentice a second chance. Not Miss USA. She knew what the title meant from the get go.

If Miss Nevada has to give up her title for pictures (big deal - pics aren't against the law like underage drinking and cocaine abuse.), then Miss USA Tara Coker should give up her crown FOR BREAKING THE LAW.
