46. Yes Yes Yes if it were anyone else they would have been charged already. She was speeding and not paying attention to the car in front of her...she never slowed down and someone has died. I was wondering when they were going to charge this has been. All of you that say no...think of her running into the back of someone you love and killing them...you'd want them prosecuted, so YES BRANDY SHOULD BE ARRESTEDS!!!!!!!!!! WRECKLESS DRIVING!!!!!

48. Leave the emotionally BS out of it that should be for the family they are the ones who lost a loved one remember? Farah stay off the computer unless you have something valid and educated to say. This has nothing to do with Race, sex, religion or station in life. The basic facts are...she hit someone because she was not paying attention...the person died as a result of the accident...That person has earned income potential that will never be realized possibly effecting a spouse or dependants. She holds criminal and civil responcibility. She is no more or less responcible because of her race...bringing in race to this equation is an insult to everyone!!!

50. As someone who has lost friends to both a drunk driver and a sober driver who had an accident, I don't believe Brandy should be prosecuted.

It is clear that the CHP has not applied the law equally here and Brandy's attorney should pull the records to see how they behaved in other accidents when the person admitted guilt, showed remorse, and tested negative for being under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Im sick of Americans and there preduce ignorant racial behaviour, firts of all there are not races but coulors you ignorant people, the other human race died 2 milion years ago (homo sapiens), according to your classifcation system I am white and if this was a white ceo from a big comapny it would not even be in the newspapers...im sick of everyday in the media black people being portrait as evil do'rs it does not matter what city you go that the image is always presented, this place is worse then pre war germany and is a total racial police state where people only ob laws and dont think critical or have there own opinion, its all kept up in ways to feed the prisson system and keep lawyers occupied..putting people in prisson became like everything in this country a bussines and a real profitable one with a highest prisson rate in the world, we are less civilized and human then any other european country and rank of the list of privacy and human rights with countries like China and Iran, what a bloody accomplishment in a place where capitalism became pure greed and corruption led by a couple of bastards that make 100 milion or more a year...this country has lost any sense of humanity and or common sense is certainly not a democraty with a two part systems and stolen elections...

DEMAND that Lane Garrison also be charged with Manslaughter. Brandy's

accident happened on December 30 and already the CHP has requested that

she be charged. However, Lane Garrison's accident, which happened earlier on

December 2 killed an innocent 17-year old, while Lane was in fact LEGALLY

DRUNK has not and probably will not be charged by the Beverly Hills Police.

RACE IS UNIMPORTANT.

But is sounds like UNEQUAL JUSTICE to me. Maybe it's a GENDER thing.

54. You guys are real harsh and insensitive to this unfortunate situation. My condolences to both Brandy and Awatef Aboudihaj's family for there loss. We do the race thing in other less serious and silly posts, but it's completely unecessary in this particular post, and it also baffles me that the more perfect posters can award a harsh penalty for someone who made a fatal mistake. She is NOT a murderer, pls stop offering that up, a murderer already had preconceived notions to kill, this was not her intent.

Be careful what you say on these posts, because should something like this happen to you, you would want the law in your favor. We have jobs like Brandy, and families to support, the guilt lived with a death you caused is unbearable. Let's call it what it is, and that's an unfortunate event for all involved. Let's also be aware, that in all issues, no one has the right answer, therefore, NO ONE is perfect!

For those of you already putting her in the electric chair, it must be nice to be perfect.

57. Lane Garrison was drunk and caused a death - he should be punished.
Brandy was negligent in her driving and caused a death - she should be punished.

If you are going down the freeway at 65 mph and don't even slow down before slamming into the car in front of you, then you're obviously not paying attention. Someone is dead because of her, and her ass ought to pay (monetary and time). I'm sure she was playing with her radio, talking on her mobile, or something else instead of paying attention when she's driving!!!
