You wanna play the "what if it was you card" well how would you feel if your friend or family member was THE ONE KILLED?!?!? Huh?? How would you feel if that POS that killed them got off scott free and was able to resume his fabulous lifestyle??? You would be hurt, and FURIOUS

17. If Singer Brandy is charged with Manslaughter for her mistaken accident, then I DEMAND that Lane Garrison also be charged with, at least MANSLAUGHTER, or more.

Brandy's accident took place on December 30 and already the CHP has decided that she should be charged. However, Lane Garrison's accident happened even earlier, on December 2 and Beverly Hills Police do not appear to be charging Lane Garrision with anything--AT ALL. Yet, Lane Garrison, according to the BH Police was in fact, DRUNK. What;s the hold-up ? Lane should already be in cuffs.

HE ACTUALLY COMMITTED A CRIME, DRUNK DRIVING. Yet, TMZ showed Lane Garrison driving off in his sporty $100,000 truck just last week.
This dude still has his lcense !! EQUAL JUSTICE??!! RACE IS UMIMPORTANT, BUT MAYBE IT'S A GENDER THING.

Hey if you are in a car accident your License should be held till furahter notice, so far we see bad drivers like Lohan , Paris and this Killboy still driving, thats an insult to society and the family of the victim. I hope Beverly Hills Police goes under investigation because this is a serious slap in the face to teh community.

With the amount of alcohol cosumed he would have been way over ..08........if he is below, then agaian I sense corruption in the Police Department. I don't know how he can live wiht himself...

FORGIVENSS IS A LIFE SENTENCE IN JAIL , Certainly it is forgiving not to take his life for a life...........

He obvioulsy messed with the right family, since he is still alive an breathing. I wonder what would have happened if he had murdered a gang member, he surely wouldnt be jogging in plain sight.

Its is bad taste to even see a picture of him enjoying the priveledge reserved for the INNOCENT!!!

22. Oh my, Am I really seeing what I think I'm seeing? Yup.. a bunch of f***ing dumb asses. Look something terribly happened, like it does to everyone. And yes if they find out FOR SURE that he was tipsy at the time of the accident then he should pay the price in the big house. BUT if he wasn't tipsy, then it was exactly what it says a ACCIDENT !!! I happen to be a huge prison break fan but if the truth comes out that he was trashed, I will agree that he should get what he deserves.
And regarding what someone posted a little earlier, I have lost several friends and family in car accidents, and yes it's a terrible thing, but if it was really just a accident....you have to remeber he is someone's son, brother....friend.....

24. what he did was wrong. but nothing can bring that kid back it's unfortunate that celebrities get away with alot more.He deserves to go to jail and do some time.
