20. Finally! I hope he goes to jail for a long time, but we all know he won't. He will get sued just like Brandy and pay. No amount of money can bring back a child or a mother. While Brandy's was not an alcohol involved accident she should not have been traveling as fast as she was and riding people's asses (we all know if she had kept the minimum required space she would not have caused such a devastating accident) so she needs to serve time, not just a fine. This loser, he was driving drunk and I think he needs to pay a fine and then go to jail like a murder would.

As far as the poster who said something about charging Brandy immediately after her accident, she admitted fault first of all, second of all there were quite a few witnesses. Unfortunately, in DUI cases they tend to take a while to charge someone unless there is a witness. Even if he was taken to jail that night (which sadly enough bond is 9 times out of 10 posted), it still takes weeks if not months to file charges.

Farrah, Farrah, Farrah. You poor excuse for a human being. I have been reading your comments and you give me a good chuckle with are your "higher power" on racism. And I realize you say these things to get arouse out of people, which it works. But do you actually read what you type? You complain about "Crackers" okay fine, we used to beat you with whips and put you in chains - like 100 years ago, so get over it, it wasn’t you personally that we did it too. 21. #3 they filed faster on Brandy because there was no second guessing that she caused the accident. With Lane Garrison they had to review the car to make sure it wan't faulty machinery, test him for alcohol and review the scene.
Takes a little longer for that.

Two different sets of circumstances...perhaps Brandy-ho should have turned down the music and taken her blue tooth out of her ear and put her blackberry down while she drives..she is guilty of CAUSING the death of another human being.

As far as this other butt-wipe...according to his attorney he was returning home...with what...two underage girls in the car...and where do we think that was leading. He should be charged with first degree vehicular homicide. He is old enough to know better, definitely had the cash to get a cab and had two underage people in his car....

BIG QUESTION:....where were the parents of the 17yr old and the two 15yr olds...DONT YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILD IS, AND WHO THEY ARE WITH???

25. This Lame Garrison should definitely go down, My sister Brandy will do no time, I guarantee it. It was a car accident and some Arab died. She most likely didn't no how to drive a car anyways. 26. wow...all this time. They want to prosecute Brandy for an ACCIDENT that many of you WILL have or MAY HAVE HAD in your life time. HOWEVER, this guy MURDERS someone and hasn't been charged yet...

27. No, THIS IS RACIST. This white guy was driving drunk and killed a teenager.

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR HIM TO GET CHARGED V. BRANDY!

That white drunk wasn't even charged until almost 2 months after that death of that teenager. (Prayers, go out to his family...though)

Technically, Brandy didn't hit the guy who died. Another car did. Yet,. she was charged within days of the accident. This POLICE DEPARTMENT ARE A BUNCH OF RACIST PIGS. JUST LIKE THEY TRIED TO COVER UP MEL GIBSON. JUST LIKE THEY TRIED TO COVER UP PARIS 'HERPES' HILTON. If it wasn't for the cameras -they always let the white people off! This is the same department that let Greasy bear off when he was drunk and drove into a crowd of people.

This white drunk will get off. They'll throw the book at Brandy but let this bastard off. I love Amerikkka. I'm sure this white drunk will driving around a neighborhood near you.
