Brandy - plows Land Rover into traffic killing another driver

Perhaps CA should pass a bill banning celebs from driving Land Rovers; they and old people should drive Daewoos or Kias so that they only hurt themselves. SUVs are obviously too much for them to handle.

44. why the long investigation?...how long does it take to determine someone's blood alcohol level? I was beginning to think that he must have not been legally drunk even though he had reportedly drank several shots of Grey Goose Vodka.

Tmz says the bac reportedly was "high" ...that sounds to me like probably .15....in a state like Florida if he did this he would get 30 years in prison...In California he will probably get 15 years but get out after 7 years for good behavior.
