That's some bull$hit. It DOES NOT take two months to review a breathalizer. It does not take two months to determine that the drunk driver caused the accident. You've got three people in a car. One is driving - DRUNK. One is dead and one is injured. They've hit a tree. Duh.... Lame Garrison admitted he had been drinking and hit and hit a tree. But - it took this racist police department 2 months to charge this white guy. Yet, Brandy is charged sooner than this guy. Unbelievable. White priveledge - must be nice!

Brandy lacks much ability to deny anything, because it was clearly her fault. Also, do not forget, the accident happened on December 30th, so it is not like it happened when the story broke.

Lane Garrison had way too many variables to just jump into things blindly. The cops want to be sure they dot all there i's and cross their t's. With the money celebs have to throw at lawyers who will do anything for a buck, they had to be sure to cover everything first, i.e. mechanical problems, testimony from people at the party, etc etc.

Different cases take different amounts of time.

But the fact of the matter is... two people are dead because of two irresponsible people. celebs or not. accidents or not. They should both be punished as the law requires. I pray for the sake of the families that they are both prosecuted. May they have some justice and peace.

Farrah - do you enjoy being looked at like an unintelligent, ignorant fool? Because it sure seems like it.

On Brandy's Behave and I'm whiteso no racist remarks needed the speed limit she was driving at 65 is actually slow on the 405 freeway in Los Angeles..the average speed runs about 70 on up..so if she wasn't on the cell phone then no I can see how fast a accident can happen all you have to do is take your eyes off the road for a dead second and you can end up in a situation like that on a freeway traffic is known to go to a dead stop that fast..it's happened many times..now if she was on a cell phone I just say let her be sued by a civil suit and be done with it ..no need to prosecute..NOW! This other one Lane whatever his name is yes he should be prosecuted to the fullest because he was 1 Drunk and 2 with minors and had no business being there at alllllllllll..so yes I would agree on that decision if he is prosecuted ...

This drunk-ass cracker Lane killed someone. Brandy was in a accident and some Arab died in the 4 car pill-up. 59. "MOST" people don't have accidents that Kill People!! It's manslaughter that brandy did yes. It might not have been volintery but it's still a small crime. What This guy did was pretty bad too. I had a parent die from a drunk driver. They should all be kick in the head.

All the racist ignorant remarks aside, this is sad all around. Two different kinds of accidents have taken two lives. The only difference I see is, Garrison will probably get a harsher sentence because he WAS DRUNK and for some sick reason, hanging out with underaged children.

What's the deal with that? Has anyone questioned why this GROWN ASSED MAN would be hanging around drinking with teens, people he JUST MET!
