you're wrong, Lane admitted he was drinking which caused the accident, they took a breathalizer, the car was totaled. You don't need witnesses when the drunk admits he was driving drunk and caused the accident! Yet, they wait two entire months to charge this guy. Am I missing something? Brandy's case was cleary an accident. Lane's wasn't. Yet, she was charged much sooner than this guy.

Let's be honest - the RACIST, CORRUPT, UNETHICAL police deparment decided to go after this guy when a few black leaders reminded them too. If Brandy's ACCIDENT had not have happened they wouldn't have charged this white guy.

White people always accuse black folks of making excuses but yet have a million for their own. (It doesn't take two months to charge an admitted drunk driver). White privelege must be nice. Ask Mel Gibson. That wasn't the first time he was caught driving drunk! Thanks too the inside snitch, Mels ass will think twice before he drives drunk. Unfortunately, that very same corrupt police department is going after the snitch. (I'm sure you've got a million reasons why they should do that too. God, forbid they 'out' the racists cover-ups.)

PS Don't know why they wear uniforms when they should be wearing white sheets.

Thes two cases are very different, Brandy had an accident that didn't involve substances, Lane Garrison was drinking with minors!! 63. They're both guilty and should be prosecuted. Brandy's case was NO ACCIDENT. Did her brakes fail? Did her tire burst? Most likely she was yakking on her cell phone or speeding while and being inattentive to the road while everyone else was slowing down or stopping. That is considered RECKLESS DRIVING and ENDANGERMENT.

Basic Speed Law as defined by the CA DMV:
22350. No person shall drive a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than is reasonable or prudent having due regard for weather, visibility, the traffic on, and the surface and width of, the highway, and in no event at a speed which endangers the safety of persons or property.

Perhaps it would have been as well if you defenders of this killer had been the ones sitting in front of her when she plowed her SUV into traffic. The world would do just fine without your stupidity.

Hopefully you REALLY DON'T BELIEVE that it SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS to consider charging Lane Garrison with DRUNK Driving being that a field breathalizer will usually do the trick.... Using YOUR reasoning perhaps Brandy's Brakes failed or the accelerator stuck... Why is SHE KNOWN to be GUILTY but Lane the DRUNK isn't????

67. Lane Garrison is guilty as hell. Yet, all the white people have a million excuses for a coked out, drunk. Meanwhile they want to crucify and convict Brandy. It was an accident. Maybe her brakes failed.

All the white people want the book to be thrown at Brandy. Fine. Just make sure your own gets treated the same way. i.e. Lane Garrison.

Unfortunately, white people don't recieve the same treatment or punishment as blacks. Lane v. Brandy is a prime example. Lane was drunk and on coke, driving two underage kids, gave them liquor, and killed one. Yet, he doesn't get charged until THE BLACK LEADERS REMIND THE RACIST, WHITE POLICE DEPARTMENT that if they're going to aggressively go after Brandy they need to also go after Lane. Did you see the press conference? They basically copped to this.

This is a black & white issue. Why? Look at how the racist white police handled these two cases. Unbelievable. KKK still lives.
