Anne Heche's Husband Files for Divorce

Coley and Anne The estranged husband of "Men in Trees" star Anne Heche is making the first legal move in their highly publicized breakup, and he wants Heche to pay up.

TMZ obtained the divorce papers filed yesterday in a Los Angeles County Court, in which Coley Laffoon blames the split on "irreconcilable differences."

Laffoon, a 33-year-old cameraman, is asking the court for spousal support and joint custody of the couple's five-year-old son, Homer.

The filing comes in the wake of reports linking Heche with her "Men in Trees" costar, James Tupper, who split from his own spouse just a few months ago. Neither star has confirmed the relationship.

Ironically, the couple met during production of a 2000 documentary chronicling Ellen DeGeneres' return to stand up comedy. Heche made headlines dating the talk-show and soon-to-be Oscar host Ellen for roughly three years.

16. Anne is a total nutbar, actually that is too kind of a word for her! She screwed Ellen over, now her husband and so on and so and so on.. She will probably end up at somebody's house stoned out of her mind on E again! She is totally whacko!!
Don't forget what she said to the poor lady who opened the door to a disheveled, dazed and half dressed Anne.. The stunned lady opens the door to Anne saying" I dont know where I am or how I got here but, Dont you know who I am???, I'm a celebrity ..!!

hasbian... Anne Heche is just a troubled woman running from relationship to relationship... let her create havoc in the "hetro" world... and based on the ignorance and prejudice of some of these comments, that world could use a little shaking up.

19. this new relasionship seems doomed also well at least they both now that when one or both of them gets an itch they won't think about the person they have made a commitment to and go head first in bed with some other person.

20. "Irreconcilable Differences?" That's t he standard phrase - and the law in California. It's a no fault state. So every celebrity in California will be divorced because of the same reason - Irreconcilable Differences. Nobody is to blame in California. It's just not done. That’s probably one reason so many celebrities live here…

24. how many people was she sleeping with when she was with ellen? she needs bromide .I hope she marries this one ,no one will be safe if she's on the loose lock up everyone you know no one's safe
