Tara Conner Reunites with Makeout Partner

Fresh from a post-rehab press tour, Mess USA Tara Conner hooked up with Miss Teen USA Katie Blair once again ... this time on a runway.

The two beauty queens, rumored to have been more than sashed bosom buddies, took part in the Tadashi Shoji runway show Sunday morning, doubling as pageant-level arm candy for the designer.

Conner continued her tour of contrition clad in a vampy black number as her "little sister" wore a short gold dress. This time, there was none of that impromptu girl-on-girl action that these two, and other pageant girls have become infamous for. Sorry.

16. This comment is not about the artical it is actually a message to "Farrah". How is this a race issue? I am so tired of hearing how everyone is so prejudice. Get a life...your sister didn't win because she was butt-ass ugly and apparently (given what I have heard about the actual winner) does not give good enough head. So shut up I am so tired of the "race card" being pulled on every freakin issue! This has nothing to do with race.
