17. OF COURSE he is going to file for emergency custody, that poor baby lost her mother and and people are dropping like flies around Howard.. I would do the same thing. Larry would give that baby a better life then Mr Stern!!!

18. HURRAY! - Now at least the baby has a chance, which she didn't have in the custody of Anna Nicole Smith!!! HURRAY! Maybe Danielynn Hope won't end-up like her brother too.

But, the question remains - who will inherit baby DH? Her stepdad or her "real father"?.. and of course the MILLIONS....

19. If Larry Birkhead really is the father then he has every right to have access to his child. We criticize men who refuse to take responsibility for the children they create so Larry should be commended for trying to be a father. All of this can be easily settled by a paternity suit.

As sorry as I am for Anna's death (although I was not a fan, I don't take pleasure in anyone's death), she created the chaos around her and could have easily put things to rest if she had agreed to a paternity test. If Larry isn't the father, then the test would have settled it. If he is the father, then he has a right to be a part of the child’s life.

20. So Anna is now the poor, poor victim. Look, she made a choice, just as she has made choices her whole life (usually bad). The media didn't kill her. Howard didn't kill her. ANNA NICOLE SMITH killed HERSELF. Sorry about her passing but she made a choice (DRUGS) and basically killed herself. She is is NO victim!!!

21. I just feel so sad...for her life to be over and so many heartless people to still be taking their punches at her! I wonder if the same was true for Marilyn! The two were so much alike magnified by Anna's untimely death. And the poor baby...when she gets older, all the crap she might eventually read by all the unkindness and heateful comments posted on the net...so very sad.

22. At first I was suspicious of Larry's motive when AnaNicole was alive. He probably wanted a piece of the potential settlement, that would eventually come ANS way. Everyone in Ana's life loved her money more than her. There is noway, you show love by continuing to feed this women's obvious addictions. Now she is dead, probably wanted to be dead, since she woke up to her son's dead body a few months ago.

Larry better do right by this child, and bring her up in a stable, and loving environment, even if the settlement money never materialize.

He helped do this to her. Him and the vicious press never letting up on her for a minute. Her son dies days after the birth of her baby and nobody gives her a break. Larry is now rushing to use her death to his advantage. I'm not surprised at her death either. Yes, she has been looking and acting like she was on something, if I were dealing with all of that stress, I wouldn't want to deal with life sober either. I felt so bad for her and now for the few people in her life that really cared for her. I just hope she has some peace now. And I hope all the people who were so nasty to her eat some nasty karma!

24. Larry finally has the opportunity to see if this child is his or not. This is not Larry's fault, it's Anna's. Now this child may actually have a chance at a healthy life. RIP Anna. I was not a fan or hers. Myself, just like so many others, couldn't help watching this trainwreck. She was not fit to be a parent.

25. Its funny how all of you point the fingers with "you people are all so mean," when if Tara Reid were to drop dead right now, all of you who laughed at her would again be doing the same thing. Celebs DO read these sites. All of your words hurt all of these people. There is no need to point fingers. Just by being here on these gossip blogs, we all have some hand in this. We enjoy watching celebs be train wrecks and eff up. Why point fingers and say someone is wrong for showing regret at another's death, even if that person said a few choice comments in life on a gossip blog. :S

I do think it is very sad, but I do think everyone saw this coming. It isn't as if she lead a wholesome life of wellness and sobriety. Although my prayers are with her child, - Birkead, Stern, and the rest of the crew deserve no pity. They were as much a catalyst in all this as was Anna Nicole herself.

May she rest in peace though. She seemed not to have the gift of peace within her life. It is always a shame to see someone die tragically, whether or not they were mocked, emulated, loved or hated in life.

26. Get real prople--Larry Birkhead is interested in money and fame---he pursued this publically from the beginning ,instead of handling thru the courts. Not only did he pursue publically he aggressively did after the death of her son.Media has accussed her of being a media whore--what about Larry B? Not a media whore? I will not be surprised to find out the pressure of all this drama played out publically, has a part in her death.

27. I hope Larry gets the child quickly if she is his In all of this, he seems to be the most sane one. Hopefully there will be no further delay in finding out the true paternity of this little girl. With Larry, I believe the child has a chance. Similar to the Onassis kid being raised by a sane father rather than her mother.

I believe you are the biological father, and until parenthood is determined...SOMEBODY TAKE THIS BABY TO A SAFE PLACE. I think Howard K. 29. Everyone saw this coming. It's not that everyone's hating on Anna, SHE put herself out into the public eye and SHE chose to conduct herself in the manner she did. SHE was a drug addict and an alcoholic. That's a fact. Now that's she deceased, she does not turn into a saint.

30. For one thing I think it was very selfish of Anne Nicole who was probably a wonderful party person and a good friend when she wanted to be.
I really believe that if she would have dumped Howard K Stern when she started the lawsuit over her money or just used him as a normal atty. Then her son may still have been alive.
Now we have another death, due to this moran Howard K Stern, because he supposibly was in love with her but could not control her drug habits, and now she is dead and behind we have left one little innocent baby girl.
This child needs to go to someone that is stable and at this point and time would be Larry, and yes I am sure that he is in a great deal of pain, but that only comes from him being involved with her and the baby and it would only be natual for this man to not be handling this well.

As for HOWARD K STERN, HE NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP, THIS IS THE REAL CULPRIT OF THE CRIMES THAT HAVE BEEN COMMITTED WITHIN THE LAST 5/6 MONTHS.
