Birkhead's Attorney: He is Not OK

31. I am tired of hearing about Birkhead. I can't help feeling he is into this for money and publicity. If Anna was alive and it was proven that he is the father, he would have probably sued for custody and child support. I hope I am wrong and he is into this for love of that poor little girl.

32. Gale - Larry didn't cause this or help her. Are you kidding me? Anna was the one who chose to let this happen. If she was so sure who the father was, she would have had the test done already. The baby is 5 months. I 'll give her credit for a month or two for greiving. She knew she would have either lost custody (due to her wonderful parental skills and obvious drug use) or would have had joint custody.

34. Samantha is right about one thing. Larry didn't give a damn about Anna and the public humiliation and all that he did to her has helped with her death. It is an insult that he would actually think that people would believe he is "inconsolable". That word just makes him look good. I feel sorry for Anna, her baby and her family. From what I have read on her, she never found real happiness except in her son. Larry is probably breathing a HUGE sigh of relief right now. If he is the dad and proves he is capable of taking care of her then he should have her. But it seems to me that he shouldn't even be putting Anna Nicole's name in his mouth. Her attorney/husband-thingy isn't much better, but for whatever reason, Anna found comfort in him. He may have been a diaper stain but she found something in him that helped at this point in her life. I personally believe both men should be heavily scrutinized.

35. Samantha is indeed delusional. As sad as her death is, she was avoiding the DNA testing for the past months and has done everything she possibly could to avoid coming back here and submitting her daughter to the tests. She was acting unethically and erratically. Larry needs to get the baby. Howard K. Stern has turned out to be as horrid as Anna Nicole was behaving.

Birkhead, I don't care if he is the father or not. He had the bad taste to start this whole thing while Anna stile was in shock over the loss of Daniel. I'm disgusted by him.And today he wants emergency custody?? Please let the girl be in the center, for her he is a totally stranger. I wonder if he would been in this hurry to step up to be a father if the mom was a "regular Smith"??

39. I think it is ridiculous to say Larry is in this for money & fame. Absolutely ridiculous. It's his child! Is it impossible for a man to want to love & know his child? People are so fucking dumb on these websites.

I am really sad for Anna Nicole Smith. I met her once after she got thin again at the St. Regis. She was really nice. Pretty messed up...but so was I. I feel bad for her, and you know what. You didn't live her life. You didn't walk in her shoes every single day that she was alive. I guarantee she had a hard life, and sometimes it's hard to let go of all the crap that happens to you. So it's not like she had this easy life and decided to get hooked on drugs and alcohol. Dying doesn't turn anyone into a saint, but it should make you have compassion for that person and stop being a judgmental piece of shit.

I'm sad for her. I'm sad she had to lose her son, I'm sad her daughter lost her Mommy and I'm sad she died. I hope her daughter can be with her real Daddy...so he can raise her and love her and let her have a happy life.

41. Some people are such idiots: What makes them believe that the Burkhead would be a good father, do they know anything at all about him ? I believe he wants money, not a baby. I mean come on people how the hell can you profess to believe that Larry is the dad? Just on his say so. Give me a feakin break. If I was anna I would not have given in to his demands for a test . She had every right to protect her child from him.

Howard has done nothing to any of you people - you only picking birkhead because he looks like some wimpy high school boy. YOu think that guy is innocent?

Birkhead is a jerk who did not have to go to the media about the baby. If he was a decent man he would have pursued this behind the scenes and brought his law suit against anna. No this guy wanted his fame and used the little girl to do it. What kind of a father do you think he would make - nothing.

No he has no money to get from Anna as she did not get the marshall millions. What she got was the right to bring the case again to another court to see if they would rule in her favor.

She said it right recently - birkhead only wanted her for his 15 minutes of fame.

Hey birkhead now you are stuck with all those attorney bills. Better decare bankruptcy now before she goes after you.

So Anna I guess you won in the long run, birkhead is not going to get the money he is truly after.

Howard stay strong for your little girl and keep birkhead the hell away from her.

44. I'm not a fan of ANS but this situation is really very sad. Despite her colorful life all reports by those in the know say that she was an excellent mom to her son Daniel and that he turned out to be a very good person. We can assume she would have been a good mom to her daughter as well. Now this child will grow up without a mom and people will be keeping track of her for the rest of her life waiting to bash her as they did her mother. I hope that whoever the biological father turns out to be will tell this child that her mother was a good person and loved her very much. Anything less than that would not be fair.

I find the conspiracy theories against HKS to be silly. It's already been reported that ANS had a high fever the night before she died which would indicate an infection and could have caused her heart to stop. Since she was such a high profile celebrity it's highly unlikely that HKS would have arranged her death, knowing that her death would be scrutinized over and over for months to come.

I hope that the ANS critics will lay off of her tragic death out of respect for her family and most especially her daughter.

45. Some will disagree with me, but I think Anna Nicole was a complicated person, despite our perceptions of her. Maybe that's why a lot of us adored her one day, and judged the hell out of her the next day. This is a lesson to me, though: we don't know what anyone else really goes through and should stop judging so much.

Regardless, I will miss that fascinating blonde.
