I think that any comments are speculation on who the baby's daddy is. Anna has gone on record in previous interviews that she started the relationship with Howard K Stern. Given the fact we have a society plagued with people dealing with some kind of demons, to make judgements on someone especially now that they are dead is just vile.
This is my 3rd posting, to me whether or not she had any kind of drugs in her body who knows, thats for medical autopsy to show. But given the fact in 6 months, she had a baby, lost a child 3 days later, had a mother publically bash her and Anna's mother didn't seem like mother of the year to begin with no on really knows the motives in some of the people involved with this. As far as her marriage even if it was wrong for money to that old billionaire, no one forced him at gunpoint to marry her. Legally she should have been entitled to an inheritance regardless of her motives of marrying him.
But thats beside the point. I believe she and Howard did love each other, whether paternity test prove that Larry or Howard is the father, I hope any of the money she had goes all into trust for Dannielynn. And as I said before, look at all the non celebrities who have drug and alcohol problems not to mention if you have physical pain or emotional issues. Don't judge lest you be judged. I had seen her interviews and believe she was griefstricken with the loss of her son and probably would have killed herself had she not had Dannielynn and Howard by her side. Larry made some kind of commotion, during Anna's pregnancy and right after, but lets see how much responsibility if he truly is the father but the money of Anna's estate goes into trust for her daughter when she becomes of age. Who know what he might have pulled as far as trying to not just know his baby but become acquainted with Anna's finances.
I think between what happened in the last 6 months, having a baby, having pneumonia, all the lawsuits, etc and then if she was sick as they said, she might have been on some prescription drugs. I think though she wouldnt purposely after what happened after what happened to Daniel which his death was from an interaction of medications vs an od put herself at that kind of risk with having Dannielynn and Howard in her life. I have severe physical issues as well as personal problems, and short term memory loss, I have accidently not to the point of od'ing taken too many or too little meds. I know enough about medication and having a body in a state of exhaustion that without the grief factor, that there will be questions no one will ever be able to answer about both Daniel's and Anna's death no matter what the autopsy or toxicology reports show.
I remember her exclusive interviews with Entertainment Tonight as well as the awful things her mother said while her daughter was grieving. I have said this as this is my 3rd posting tonight on the subject, that I dont believe Anna would have put herself in a position to die and Howard K Stern has shown beyond a shadow of doubt that even if biologically wasn't the father, he believed he was and supported Anna through great times of trial out of love and concern not for money.
I guess I believe in freedom of speech, I just wish people who haven't walked in someone's shoes, even though I wasn't her biggest fan, that I feel horrible about her death, the mourning she had to go through right after giving birth to a new child and all the crap she has gone through her life. To make judgements about some of her transactions without walking in her shoes, hey we all have skeltons in our closets as well as our own demons. But out of respect for the few people who really truly loved her and knew her , as well as Howard K Stern, luckily they probably wont see these comments, with the media attention thats a different story. But out of respect for someone who was already griefstricken and had illnessesses and hey none of us our perfect, those who have made comments that are deragatory without walking or being in a similar situation, should pay more attention to their lives, and the bad and good they do, instead of insulting the dead!

As for Ugly bettie delirium, alot of jealously coming out of you. A quite appropriate name for you. Shame on you, may the tragedy of Ms. Smith's life, not target you. I bet, many will wish on it! You have no soul...Some things should not be said, you crossed a line.

I am shocked. Very sad that Anna Nicole Smith lived shortly. Impossible! We pray for her daughter to grow up with her real father. Pity that this daughter will never see her real mom. Awfully, some people want to know who father of this daughter. It is not your business, all people!

Anna Nicole Smith was a beautiful and hilarious women. Everytime i saw her i was in shock on how pretty she was. She Died and everyone still has negative remarks to make about her? everybody makes mistakes, nobodys life is perfect by any means. And she worked her butt off her whole life and sacraficed everything she had to her son. And people want to talk down about her, look at your own life its not her fault hers was out in the open. No matter what people had to say Anna Nicole kept a SMILE on her face. God be with you Anna, Your amazing and always will be remembered as for her son!!!!!
I don't think we should judge Anna Nicole, she loved her son and I think Howard cared for him also. Her baby is her business, I hope it is proven to be Howard's baby. The main thing is the baby to be cared for and loved. That is what Anna Nicole was searching for. Just pray for the family and the baby. Don't use her to get fame and money. Joann

Howard K. Stern is going to be found guilty of something,just wait and see.I am SO glad he is not legally married to her,that will help Larry Birkhead in his Lawsuit over DanniLynn. I bet the Gentleman in SC is glad "he was fixed" as he was also told it was his baby.I hate that someone puts so much stress in their own life,that finally they get backed into their own corner.It's sad but hopefully Larry will get proof this baby is his,and he will take her out of this enviroment.Howard can fly the coop as far as I am concerned...he's a double bagger.

1st off to all those who make hateful comments, she is dead, how she died we will soon find out..
2nd to h8her1, Howard K Stern if he was that bad, he could have legally gotten Anna to marry her, especially given the fact she was in such a vulnerable state, that would have given him legal right to her forturne after her passing.
I dont how much more bad things I can read about this, no one walked in her shoes, from what I have seen as comments made my her piece of crap mother, I think she should be the last person in the world that that baby is entrusted with. Like I said in the last 6 months, she got hit with 2 lawsuits, had a baby, lost a child that she obviously loved very much, had pneumonia, luckily what goes on in the internet as far as posting whether its vile comments or reflections of sadness that the people who are most affected by her death.
I just find it interesting that those who claim to be god loving or god fearing individuals on here or not judgemental, like bettie, connie and never assume, among others, didnt realize god was on vacation and that you guys were taking over until the almighty came back. Being a celebrity is a very mixed blessing , I unfortunately see similar futures for Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, as if there was a demand for gossip and their every move, their wouldnt be a supply. I still say regardless of what toxicology reports show, Anna did not have the easiest life, had a piece of crap mother and no one really know what happened, but for as much as Howard K Stern who is an attorney and could have a lot of money of his own, maybe not as Anna to assume he played a role in her death or was with her for money is disgusting. Just like the disrepectful comments made about Anna. I dont like it whenever people make comments to someone online or offline when they arent around to defend themselves, Anna isn't around because she is dead. So instead of judging her, try having some empathy, her mother alone is a perfect example that some of her misactions were out of not knowing better, low self esteem etc. She was beautiful and used that her advantage, a lot of people have done that. So while I believe in freedom of speech I am glad I can say without a doubt that to disrespect the dead or anyone without them being able to defend themselves or be in full knowledge of their circumstances is digsusting.
