Her daughter was born with the name Hannah and after daniel died, 3 days later, she changed it to honor him. What Mother doesn't love her son and wouldn't be crushed and heartbroken at their death? 33. If Stern is the father of the baby then he should submit to a DNA test. Otherwise what is he hiding from? If I was the grandmother, I wouldn't want my grand daughter who was around when my grandson and daughter died! Get that kid out of there!

34. This story is filled with sorry characters. But I think the baby is probably better off with the grandmother. Howard Stern should be under arrest. 2 people have dropped dead around him. Larry Birkhead, I don't know. If he is the father, then yeah he should get custody. But right now the baby should be with the grandmother. I just feel so sorry for her, because she is gonna have vultures around her who really do not give a damn.

37. "check out her opitions"? This women makes scum seem too good of a word. She wants money, that is all this family ever wanted. Where was she all those years. May someone with common sense get the baby. Not the fool who is claiming to be the father, or any one in her family. Money is the motivator her. 38. Are you people kidding me? Mothers and daughters have falling outs. They don't always agree on things. THAT in itself does NOT mean that her mother does not have the best interests of that baby in mind! What do you suggest she do? Sit back and watch HKS take custody of that baby? The man that was present when both her grandson and her daughter died mysteriously? HKS does not belong with 100 yards of that baby until the inquest into Daniel's death and the death of ANS is completed.

We hear today that there were no illegal drugs present. Methadone, which Daniel had in his system is a prescribed medication but it is bad none the less. Let's wait and see if HKS has a prescription for that drug.

Anna was an addict. Pure and simple. She did not want to be around family because they did not approve of her lifestyle. Unlike the leaches she surrounded herself with, her family was insistant about her seeking help/treatment for her addictions. Addicts don't want to hear that. Instead ANS surrounded herself with people just like herself. Im not hating on her. This is so very tragic. Two lives are lost at tender ages and for no good reason.

It has been reported TODAY that HKS takes a lot of prescription medication. In fact, he can not function without it and it is not medication for heart disease or the equivalent. He was ANS drug pimp for christ's sake! THAT is why ANAA'S own friends tried to get him away from her. They knew what he was doing.

Thank God it will be the courts and not the people on this board that will decide where that baby will be the safest.

I wish Anna's Mom the best of luck and I hope someone has enough sense to do the right thing by that baby.

39. That innocent baby deserves to be in a loving home. She definitely should NOT be with Howard K. Stern! He probably contributed to the deaths of both Anna Nicole and her son. If he is the baby's father, then he can take the DNA test to prove it. The reason he's not taking it voluntarily is because he KNOWS that he is not the baby's father. I hope someone wakes up and takes care of this child. All of these people are after the money. I think Larry Birkhead is the father... Anna knew it and Howard knows it. I'm not saying that Larry is a great guy, but if he is the real father, he should have some rights concerning the baby. But, the baby should be placed in a safe, loving environment away from all of these greedy leeches!

45. This is AWESOME news.. I hope ANS's Mother gets full custody of the angel.
Howard Stern is a SHADY person.
I think if he honestly had cared about her, he would have put a stop to all of her drug abuse instead of being her pusher. His actions speak louder than his words.
Anna's Mother was on the money when she stated (after Daniel's passing) that Anna better watch out when it came to Howard Stern or she could be the next. Nothing like a Mother's intuition.
