Breaking News -- The Autopsy is Underway
The autopsy on Anna Nicole Smith began this morning at 9:20 EST.
There will be a news conference later this afternoon.

Anyone who knows the intended function and use of an AED knows what the acronym stands...Automated External Defibrilation unit. "Defibrilation, by definition, defines heart action...fibrilating. Anyone who is a nurse should know that fibrilation means the heart is fluttering in an unproductive fashion, not properly or adequately pumping blood through the heart to the body. If there was no discernible heartbeat, why would someone try to stop a non-existent heart action? I do, however, agree with you about the CPR. Why did the nurse not initiate CPR? A nurse cannot pronounce someone dead, nor can EMS personnel. Once CPR is started, it cannot be stopped unless a doctor declares the person dead. Why didn't the nurse start CPR? Curiouser and curiouser...perhaps she already knew how long Ms. Smith had been down...and why did the nurse NOT call 911? Why call a bodyguard, and where was the body guard, how long did it take for him to respond? There's gonna be some serious questions for this nurse, and answering to negligence seems to be one of the brighter possibilities in all this.

17. It's highly doubtful a completely truthful autopsy report will be released. Also, considering the local law enforcement responsible for a thorough and proper investigation we can't expect much there, either.
Anna Nicole, nobody knew you because you were not real. Vicky Hogan, R.I.P. Girl, you tried your best. I'm sorry you cut off those who really loved you.

18. I think it is a shame that Anna is gone! She has been heartbroken for so many years. And now that poor baby has lost her brother and her mother with in few months. REst in Pease Howard you are a snake prove the baby is yours!

19. May God Bless Anna soul and I pray for that little baby girl. To her Mother I pray that you find peace within your self,to sit and talk about your child that you brought into this world the way that you have you need to stop. When it is all said and none is she still your child. Anna did not stop but she really wanted to make it this world and now her daughter will have to make it for her. That little baby girl will never know her Mother and that would be hard on any child.

20. I will not be surprised if there is medication/drugs in her system. She has been sick plus it can be so difficult to try to survive family beating you up in the media; trying to overcome the death of a child you loved dearly and at the same time trying to be joyous of one you just had; everyone fighting over you, your baby, and with all the garbage others can throw at you. We can all sit in judgement of Anna Nicole, but she sure is not the first one who has posed for magazine; made money off her looks/body; married an older wealthy man; did drugs or drank too much; etc. If there is no peace in ones life from all the garbage; how does one survive this world that can be filled with hate from family to media to general population?
