17. Why would he kill the golden goose? They weren't legally married, chances are the money is going to the kid.

No immediate CPR - maybe she was obviously dead. Paramedics are saying she was dead when they got there. And besides, do we know for a fact CPR wasn't started? There wasn't a camera there.

19. I think the only thing Howard could be guilty of is no getting Anna the help she might have needed. If she was doing drugs, then he inabled that by letting it continue to happen. I would think that's the only thing he probably did wrong.

20. Come on people! From what the news has covered Anna loved and adored her son to the ends of the earth. If Howard had anything to do with Daniel's death do you think Anna would have even kept him around? I highly doubt it. A mother (no matter screwed up or not) will fight like a wild animal to protect her child.

21. If I suddenly was found dead, my husband would be the first person interviewed by the authorities and the prime suspect. Stern is DEFINITELY a person of interest in regards to ANS's death......If for no other reason than to figure out who supplied her with the drugs involved, unless that was the bodyguards job.

Also, how many times has anyone reading this comment been in the room when someone accidentally died at a young age??? I know I never have been, Stern has been witness to two sudden deaths in 5 months, makes one wonder.

22. I have to agree that its slightly coincidental that Howard is there for both deaths. I think he assisted Daniel with methadone, and I think he assisted Anna with it as well. Its a totally tragic thing that happened to her, but I think he is somehow involved.

23. If you ask me, I think that the past months of this whole ordeal are "fishy." My theory is that Stern was thinking that he was going to claim the baby as his, and that in the event that Anna Nicole passed away, the money would go to the daughter, since Daniel was dead. I think that he was highly involved in her death...but what is funny about this is when the DNA test is done, the baby will come out to be Larry Birkheads...and Howard will have nothing.

25. 7. I think its weird that Howard K. Stern was there for both deaths. I know he was her confidant but I just think it is strange that he was ALWAYS there.

Isn't that the definition of "constant companion" as he has been described.? Wasn't he always with her on her reality show?

No doubt he knew she was taking boatloads of drugs and didn't stop her (and the son too), but does that make him a murderer?

26. I live in Louisville, Ky where Larry is from. Even though I don't know him, I hope that he is the 'baby's daddy'. Louisville is a GREAT place to raise children and that baby needs a quiet, as normal a upbringing as one can get from all of this.
I will miss Anna and my prayers are with all that loved her for who she was not for what everyone thinks she was!

27. Mark Steines (ET) said that at her last interview, on Tuesday, she had a fever of 105 and they put her in an ice bath. The next day, she fell at the hotel in her room. The next day she died.

And Howard, the man who was always with her in her time of crisis and his time of opportunity, went boat shopping?

28. I am sadden by the comments linking Howard K Stern. This man isn't responsible for killing anyone. I have a sister who was consumed by drugs and the wrong life style. Like Howard did for anna, I would have done for my sister. They are adults and with such intense addictions, they will get their drugs, REGARDLESS of what you do. If they are not in a rehab, they are legal guns to themselves. She should have been in rehab after her reality season was aired, but instead of ANYONE SUGGESTING she get help, they do a second season. As a society we couldn't get enough of watching her, obviously under the influence. Anna her entire life has been under the inflenuce. And after watching the interview that her mother gave after Daniel's death, she sickened me, talk about loving your child! She has been the core to her daughters sadness her entire life. Anna was alone, lost, and as a result numbed her pain with drugs. I hope she is in a place where she is with her son. I hope that the father is determined so her living legacy, Danialynn can have sometime of normal childhood and adult life. Rest in Peace Anna.

29. "ICING HER DOWN?" -- As a nurse, I am stunned that no one is asking about these statements, allegedly by those in the know, that Anna had a 105 degree temperature and they were "icing her down." This is shocking! A temperature that high in an adult means it is a critical situation and has a significant CAUSE. Giving an ice bath can even kill someone! What kind of a nurse - and apparently no doctor was involved - would participate in something like this? If this is true, she needs to lose her license if she has one... Also, if she knew that Anna was taking illegal narcotics, she was obligated to report it to authorities.
