33. I have many thoughts rolling through my head about this. Maybe she wanted to die and Howard knew it but couldn't do anything but watch her constantly, OR entrust her 'nurse' to watch over her. Maybe the nurse and her made a pact of some kind. Anna idolized Marilyn Monroe and Anna did something that Marilyn didn't...left a daughter behind to carry on her legacy. Another thing is...maybe Howard loved her enough to do anything she wished to take away the pain...including hiring a so called nurse to make sure she was comfortable and died peacefully and Howard didn't want to be there cause it was just to painful.

Or maybe he just couldn't take it anymore with her drug use, drinking and the fact that I dont think she loved him the way he wanted her to love him. Maybe he figured it would be best for her to be removed from further pain from herself and to him.

Who knows...but it will all come out eventually and the saddest part is that baby girl. And to all those who will judge:

35. If she had a fever of 105, she should have been in the emergency room.

Her so called private nurse sure didn't to her job. That's if she really is a nurse.

36. So, Howard K. Stern is an attorney, right? And he made sure all these "legal" issues took place in the Bahamas, right? So, with that in mind it looks like he was holding something over on Anna to make their "pretend" wedding look real and adding his name to Danielyns birth record to, once again make him teh legal gaurdian to the little girl since she was born in the Bahamas. He was the one that forced Anna to give birth there and for what reason? He knows that no one can touch them there with the Bahama Laws! He had all this planned from the beginning on that little girls birth and how he would be untouchable in the Bahamas! We are looking at another OJ SIMPSON part 2! He will get away with 2 murders and make sure that poor little girl doesnt get to be with her REAL father. Danielyn is with the Bahama Officials, what better way to protect her from the US laws and to have her with Bahama officials while he kills off her mother. Really look at the facts.....he knows how to get htrough the loop holes in the laws and how to protect himself while committing a crime.....and he did it! HOWARD K. STERN IS THE NEXT OJ!

40. It is suspicious that Howard was there in both cases of Daniel and Anna's death. He is being accused of giving Daniel the Methadone that killed him so....who knows. It's suspicious to me.

41. I don't care what anyone says, that guy Howard reeks of foul play. he wouldn't cooperate with dna tests to determine who is really that babys father. He signed the baby's birth certificate as being the father. If he's so sure he's the father whynot give up the dna and clear up the whole issue?
Seems like he's got some secrets and skeletons. He kept her son and Anna drugged up and now they are both dead. INVESTIGATION into this guy is needed.

42. Regardless of Stern's whereabouts or timing in both the ANS death and that of her son, one fact rules: you can not help someone who does not want to be helped.

She had a nurse with her, for what we do not know- to kick drugs, an unknown medical condition- whatever. The girl should have been hospitalized if she spiked a fever as high as what has been reported. I heard on a news show last night that the bodyguard was a registered nurse. I hope her daughter finds a different kind of life.

43. I still think that Howard K. Stern will be found to be responsible for supplying the drugs for Anna. He might have been doing it out of love. Many people do, they are called ENABLERS. They are convinced by the ones that they love that they have to have these drugs or they will die, and Howard probably felt accountable to get them for her so she would not have to do it herself.
That or he was giving her more than needed so she would kick it and he would inherit the farm and the kid! I really am on the fence on this. It is just TOO suspicious, him being in the room with Danny the day after the baby is born and Danny accidentally overdoses out of NOWHERE...... Then BOOM! Anna Nicole Overdoses! Moreover, the common denominator here in both cases, STERN. What does he stand to gain? MILLIONS? What does he stand to lose? A drugged out mess. Because after poor, sweet Anna lost her son, that is all she was. SO sad! She was obviously not the smartest thing around, but if you look at all of the pictorials of her, WHAT A SMILE! SHE COULD LIGHT UP A ROOM!

45. Why did ANS and Stern let Daniel lie in the morgue for six weeks after he died???? That is beyond creepy. I think they even had their "commitment ceremony" before Daniel was buried.
