While the world was stunned by the sudden death of Anna Nicole Smith on Thursday, the paparazzi didn't skip a beat; keeping their focus on the world's other blonde press princess, Paris Hilton.

A gaggle of Hilton's best friends caught up with the heiress as she left a West Hollywood gift store, carrying two bags filled with novelties. If anyone knows about novelties, it's Paris!

With over ten photogs swarming Paris Whitney Hilton at any given moment, tracking her every move, crash and flash, it almost makes one feel sorry for her. Almost.

24. I don't wish death on anybody, but after what happened to Anna Nicole I just think Paris could be next. All these things coming out about her could send her into a deep depression. Money can't cure everything, and eventually I think her luck will run out. Her fame will certainly run out, and she doesn't seem like the type of person that will be able to handle that. I'd be surprised if she makes it to 30.
