P!nk's Painful Tribute to Departed Doggie

Pink's New Tat P!nk will never forget her recently departed pooch -- especially since she inked his furry little face on her arm!

In late January, the singer returned home and found her beloved bulldog, Elvis, drowned in her backyard pool. The dog often took a dip but somehow didn't survive his last one.

The devastated songstress is an animal lover and supporter of PETA. Her body art memorial marks tattoo number 22. Elvis was a gift from Lisa Marie Presley.

17. What are you, new? It's not a stupid tattoo. That's a way she's expressing her pain and guilt over her dog's death. If you have a pet, you'll get it.

21. Damn you guys are harsh!! While I personally wouldn't want 22 tattoos, it is her body and her sense of style. Is it mine?? No. But then I am not married to man who owns a world famous tattoo parlor. Give the girl a break!! She has had some good songs. Why all the hate??
