17. Stern had nothing to do with either death. He was so whipped over this woman that he ruined his career and reputation to be with her. He is not after any money.....he has stuck with her all these years because he desparately wanted her to return his affections. I bet she never even had sex with him and he said all that shit about their relationship cause she made him.

I have a feeling that he was just too big of a pussy to ever say no to any of her crazy requests and always gave in. The baby is not his and he knows it. However, I think that he is the only person on earth who was truly in love with Anna and cared about her. He would not take advantage of kid, if he got custody.....that is if he doesnt kill himself first cause I doubt he can live without Anna.

He claimed paternity of Darilynn remember. Officially. Then the court case for DNA test. Days later, while she was with Stern, ANS is murdered by him to stop the DNA test finding out the truth. Next, Stern and his lawyer have denied access to ANS body for the test, despite emergency order from court.

Stern seems to be a killer attempting to hold together his little 1 billion dollar theft.

Surely, another heir being dead only days after in the same damn hospital room, her 20 year old son?! Process of elimination. The trolls are out in force--to defend that ghoul above! Sheesh.

Seems Birkhead's lawyer is desperate to get DNA sample from Anna Nicole Smith before she rots away as dead mere days after court ordered DNA test to determine the eventual fate of 1 billion dollars.

Birkhead's attorney, Deborah Opri, wants to take a DNA swab from Smith's corpse, which Anna Nicole Smith lawyer strangely is hot to avoid: Rale calls "the lowest form of behavior I've ever heard of." For a lawyer to opine about low behavior when his own connection to 1 billion dollars is threated by the test, is rather sick.

If the child is Sterns' great for him. He has officially claimed it. If he's lying on the official birth certificate and that was about to be found out, hmm. Motive for murder of his recent wife to stop the DNA test confirmation/denial. He only 'married' her 90 days go, rushed into it only three weeks after the daughter heir was born, which he subsequently claimed as well. Photographer Birkhead on the other hand (as well as Stern really) would have motivation to kill previous heir 20 year old son of Smith mere days after this child his born. Either way Stern or Birkhead have motives for murder in a realistic world...some of them twice over.

[12] Why does Stern run down to establish that he is publicly frantic, instead of simply calling for an ambulance from the room where Nicole is? Does he just leave her alone there? Surely a husband would stay by her side particularly after calling the ambulance. "A few minutes later [Stern] ran out of the elevator [to the front desk.] He was frantic." Then strangely after this little display, Stern went back upstairs, the witness said – and minutes later, paramedics arrived. They returned and brought Smith out the front door. "There was a paramedic straddling her on the gurney pumping her chest," says the witness.

Stern or Smith's lawyer doesn't seem to want to go through with that court ordered paternity test....and a pattern is starting to develop of quick deaths of heirs--one heir dead within days after the birth of alternative heir Dannielynn Hope, and another death mere days after the court ordered paternity test of the young daughter (death of Nicole herself). A third quick decision is the recent marriage of Stern to Nicole only 90 days ago, rushed into existence (no rings, no time) only three weeks after Dannielynn heir was born, where he is claiming officially that he is father.

This poor woman was in massive pain over her son, she never got a chance to enjoy her little girl. This jerk Larry, if he was the father, should have respected her enough to let her grieve, instead he went on shows babbling a bunch of bullshit. Now then Anna Nicole's horrid mother has finally found her way into the middle of it all even though Anna Nicole made it clear to the whole world she wanted no part of that woman...how tragic! And now some of you stupidassed people are saying shit like Howard K Stern was trying to get the money (Id like to know what money) and then we got this moron up above saying Anna Nicole was screwing her own son. Colombo.....would it not be easier to kill birkhead and get rid of the competition....as far as all of this DNA crap, they have her DNA already as part of the autopsy. the judge just denied an additional sample specifically for the paternity test. And what does it matter how long she is dead for anyway???? they can get DNA out of a mummy, so Birkheads emergency request was in poor taste.

22. This is for SCUMBAG who posted a note. I guess that you are the fuckwit that cannot read. The will was PRE-baby, when Daniel was the sole heir. So Howard would not be executor and have a claim to it. Only since Daniel is gone and he is "supposedly" the father does he now have any claim to it, and only on behlaf of his daughter. 23. ANS had a serious hate on her mother, though it was never told why she hated her mother. Virgie, on the hand, continued to show unconditional love for her daughter. She also is a victim of not being able to talk to her daughter or see her grandson. I wonder of HKS had something to do with this too? Doesn't it seem interesting that ANS's family was isolated from her but yet that yutz, HKS, is still in the picture? He's looking guiltier and guiltier.

24. It could not matter . Legally he did this will before he married Anna . He may not be in the will but as Husband to her and "father" of the baby he may be included in any monies or have control of her image and estate . He will have to sue from the bahamas --strange that they moved to a place with lax estate and marriage laws .He may have control over her estate and in the end that may be the real money maker . HKS Dude has really figured this one out !!!

I hope that Bahama police, where ANS's mother is going, quickly puts a restraining order on Stern who is a huge suspect in both these assured murders, occurring as they did back to back whenever challenges to Stern's control of 1 billion dollars entered the picture.

Let's have a little less emotionalism, unless that is all you are selling is spin here... The most likely suspect for double murder is the lecherous looking Stern--in the Bahamas. Stern, instead of Birkhead.

Birkhead wouldn't have any motive for murdering anyone. His interest would be to carry out the DNA test. However, MERE DAYS LATER, in Stern's company, ANS is dead.

I hope that there is a "Colombo of the Bahamas" out there to see through some transparent anony troll with multiple names above, who is doing fine work spinning his or her little heart out.

What is it that Shakespeare said, "Murder will out?" If I were in the Bahamas I would make sure to confiscate Stern's passport until further notice pending investigation. He's the last one alive...

30. I agree that Howard Stern loved Anna Nicole Smith with unwavering devotion.

There is no doubt in my mind -- he did not kill her.

I think her body was tired and worn out and she probably did die of a broken heart.
