Rosie on Anna Nicole: "LOOSE CHANGE"?

After an eerie rant on yesterday's "The View" slamming Anna Nicole Smith, Rosie O'Donnell took to her blog today and characterized the starlet's death as ... loose change?
Rosie's puzzling blog entry on Anna Nicole.
On rosie.com, O'Donnell reprinted what appears to be the headlines taken from the Drudge Report, where coverage of Anna Nicole's death has been the top story since yesterday, and added a line of her own -- "LOOSE CHANGE." It's unclear whether O'Donnell was referring to Anna Nicole herself or -- more likely -- her own inclusion in the Drudge headlines.

Speaking of yesterday's "View" rant, Rosie, in a case of deeply unfortunate timing, declared her disdain for Anna Nicole and her suspicion of drug use by the former Playmate -- just hours before her death. Today's "View" was previously taped, so Ro won't have a chance to speak out again til Monday.

Through her rep, Rosie tells TMZ that the death of Anna Nicole is "unbearably tragic."

16. TMZ, you've got to be kidding me. Rosie was pretty clearly referring to the fact that all the speculation and drama and milking of this story for headlines on sites EXACTLY LIKE YOURS is just so much "loose change" compared with the fact that a woman is dead and a child is now motherless. Are you seriously too dense to grasp that?? You guys like to bag on Rosie because she's an easy target: a heavy person, a lesbian, and someone who gives her own view, unapologetically. Give it up already- you're coming off as the bullies here.

ANS lived a circus life, and I for one enjoyed watcing it. That doesn't make Rosie a bad person or even insensitve for what she said.

27. dear lord, she's got something to say about everyone, doesn't she? i know we are all sitting here being judgemental and talking shit, and i don't want to be calling the kettle black, but we are nobodys-totally anonymous idiots- Rosie is a public figure. Maybe she should keep her ideas and opinions to herself because as much as she doesn't want to believe it, we really don't care. She is so tacky. I have always felt Trump was right. Maybe it was rude of him to call her fat ETC, but Rosie BRINGS IT ON HERSELF!!! I understand she is on a show called 'the view' and you are susposed to have your own opinion, but must she be soooo freakin righteous? She is a freakin fanatic. Do we really care what her opinion is?
