TMZ can confirm that this photo of Anna Nicole Smith, sprawled out face-down on the floor next to a spilled pitcher of ice water, with spectators standing around her body, is not the last photo taken of the pop icon before her untimely death on Thursday.

The distressing pic circulated over the Internet yesterday, with reports claiming it was snapped at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, just prior to her death. In truth, the photo was taken in June, 2005 at a Myrtle Beach nightclub, where Anna was a judge in a wet T-shirt contest. Sad nonetheless.

116. It is absolutely amazing me how the media is running the with death of Anna Nicole Smith. I bet if it were their, wife, mother, daughter,etc. would they be posting pictures like this? I doubt it. I truly hope in this situation, what comes around, goes around!
It makes me sick how people have no respect for the people who are still alive and are mourning her! Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

117. She's dead, she may have been a fool when she was alive but she was alive to defend herself. Why make a mockery of her after she's dead,show some respect for her and for her family that do miss her. The sick part is that people eat this crap up and pay for it and that's why crap like this is posted.
