78. You are out of line. She looks fine for a 57 year old woman who has had children. I think this disgusting new "standard of beauty" of stick thin, no curves is perpetutuated by homosexual fashion designers and photogrophers who think women should look like the pre teen boys they find attractive. The movie industry is not much better, not letting women age gracefully and expecting face lifts, tummy tucks and whatever else they do to try and keep age at bay.

81. She looks great! She is a former championship skier who tried out for the Olympics when she was young. And, she HAS had plastic surgery. So,what will 99% of US look like when we're 57? We'll look like hell compared to this pic, that's what.
Looking at pictures of young Hollywood bulimics/cokeheads makes me hate my eyes, but not this pic. Ivana has a young Italian boyfriend, too, if I remember correctly.

82. PLEASEEEEE!!! We all wish we could look that good at 57 years of age. Who ever wrote the caption to the picture is either a man, who as no clue how much work and exercise it takes to look that good at any age (let alone at 57 and having had three children) or a young woman who should be so lucky to look as good as Ivana does ow at 57 years!
