25. Don't think this couple will last for the long haul! I think there both pretty descent people, but if you ever watched her on Newlywed's she had to have a lot of attention showed on her from Nick, and it doesn't seem like that John Mayer likes to show his attentions, and he seems like a really down to earth, non matrialistic type of person, a true musician type, but she does seem like she is extermly "high mainteance" in all areas...They both seem like really sweet, decent people, but exteremly opposite's...I know opposite's are suppose to attract, but I do feel that you have to have some things in common! But were their both in Showbizness, it will take a long time before the spend a true amount of time together on a regular basis, and it will be like Renee Zellwegger and Kenny Chesney, they just come from two different world's entirely! I do feel that Jessica deserves to be treated better than what John Mayer has treated her, he denied having anything with her, and called her and her camp desperate when he first went out with her, and it just seem's that he doesn't show her the respect that she should demend...He wouldn't be my boyfriend for very long if he treated me the way he does her in public or out, wether he wants the world to know or not that they are together, he totally disrespects her, and, sure he'll date her when he has time or been seen with her, but it is really obivious that he can take or leave her, and she deserves more than that, anyone would! He is a great musician and a decent singer! He just comes across to the world that he doesn't want to hurt anyone or disappoint anyone in their circles or camps, but that he doesn't seem to be that crazy over him! But I guess this is why they call it "dating", it is not going to hurt anything to date him for awhile, but usually when your first wtih someone, you want the world to know if your crazy about that person! I think that Jessica is way to infactuated with him and what is really going on between them! But that is how you learn, she really didn't get to date very men growing up, so she'll have to be burned a few times to realize that it seems John likes her, and maybe even cares about her, but by no means is he head over heels crazy about her, and I feel she is the type of girl that needs to be the Center of someone's world, he is not going to allow any woman to be that! So I feel in time she will get tired of playing second to him and situations in his life, and she will move on to someone else! She hasn't really had a chance to learn what dating is all about, but she'll learn, and she move on, hopefully soon, because I don't like the way he treat's her personally if this is his supposed girlfriend! If their just casually dating and he isn't leading her on, than she can take it with a grain of salt and say they were just dating! I donot see these two staying together a year from now! But you can't blame either one of them, they deserve to date like everyone else!

My local radio station called the brother of one of our news reporters in town (Dallas) who is fluent in Japanese and he and his Japanese wife translated what John Mayer said to : She is a wonderful woman and I enjoy being with her. Apparently, the part "and you are the last to know" is not accurate.
